חופשת הכל כלול מעולה במחיר טוב
Pros:

התארחנו במלון באמצע אוקטובר, שלושה מבוגרים, והייתה לנו חופשה מצוינת!

הגענו משדה התעופה בלרנקה עם השאטל של Kapnos Airport Shuttle, נסיעה של בערך שעה ואחריה הליכה קצרה של 10 דקות עד למלון.

כשהגענו קיבלו אותנו בחיוך, הצוות היה מאוד נחמד והסביר לנו על מתקני המלון ושעות הארוחות. במקרר בחדר חיכו לנו בקבוק שמפניה, פירות ובקבוקי מים אישיים.

המלון בנוי ממעין וילות קטנות בנות שתי קומות. לקחנו סוויטה עם שני חדרי שינה, והופתענו מכמה שהיא גדולה ומרווחת. היו בה שני חדרים גדולים מאוד, שביניהם מפריד חדר רחצה מאובזר עם מקלחת, סלון ענק ומרפסת ענקית.

שימו לב שהשקעים במלון הם בריטיים. ביקשנו מתאם בקבלה וקיבלנו בשמחה, אבל שימו לב שהמתאם מתאים לתקע עם שני פינים בלבד ולא לשלושה.

האוכל היה מגוון וטעים, ובכל ערב יש נושא אחר לארוחה, כמו מקסיקני, ים תיכוני, אסיאתי ועוד. יש המון מבחר של מנות עיקריות, קינוחים ופירות. ארוחות הבוקר די זהות בכל יום, אבל גם בהן יש מבחר גדול.

יש בר עם נשנושים שפועל עד שעות הערב, ובר נוסף שמגיש שתייה וקוקטיילים עד 23:00. יש מגוון גדול של קוקטיילים, חלקם קפואים בסגנון ברד, חלקם מוגזים וחלקם חזקים יותר, בהמון טעמים שונים.

יש שני אזורי בריכה, אחת בגודל בינוני במרכז הריזורט ועוד אחת ענקית עם מגלשות לילדים. הגענו באמצע אוקטובר ולמרות שהיה חמים בחוץ, המים בבריכות היו די קרים ולא הצלחנו להישאר בהן יותר מדי זמן. כן יש מיטות שיזוף נוחות ואווירה נעימה מסביב.

בנוסף, המלון מציע שירותי מסאז' במחירים של כ80 עד 90 אירו לטיפול. (לא לקחנו בסוף)

רוצים לציין במיוחד את Mira שעבד בבר ואת Rega שעבד במסעדה, שהיו סופר נחמדים ונתנו לנו שירות מצוין!

המלון לא היה עמוס במיוחד בתקופה שהגענו, והאווירה הייתה רגועה ושקטה. יש גם שאטל מהמלון שיוצא בכל שעה עגולה עד 18:00 ועוצר במגוון תחנות בעיר, כולל באזור החוף. בעיר יש חנויות לתיירים, מסעדות, סופרמרקטים וגם Starbucks, McDonald's וKFC. אזור החוף היה מפוצץ בטרוף באנשים כשהגענו, אז החלטנו לא להישאר שם.


לסיכום, נהנינו מאוד מהשהות! החדרים מרווחים, האוכל מגוון, הצוות מקסים והאווירה נעימה ורגועה. למרות הבעיה עם האינטרנט והבריכות הקרות, הייתה לנו חופשה מצוינת וללא ספק נמליץ על המלון!

Cons:

הדבר היחיד שקצת ביאס היה האינטרנט בחדר. קליטת הwifi הייתה ממש חלשה וכמעט לא יכולנו להשתמש בו, חוץ מבשעות פחות עמוסות. ביקשנו מהקבלה שיביאו מישהו לסדר את זה, והם אכן שלחו מישהו והבעיה נפתרה לכמה שעות, אבל לצערנו חזרה. בשאר האזורים במלון האינטרנט עבד בסדר גמור.

Good stay for a short beach or resort holiday.
Pros:

The buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner were comprehensive with options for what looked like all dietary requirements. The food itself was tasty and I never struggled to find something good.
Drinks wise there were several draught beers and non premium spirit options, along with the regular water, juice, tea/coffee and soft drinks.
The staff were extremely friendly; when I requested more shower gel and bedsheets they sent someone to my room within 5 minutes.
The hotel is located uphill from the centre, so going downhill it is barely 10 minutes walk to the beach and main strip.

Cons:

The food options in between the main meal times were poor and consisted mainly of reheated or overcooked chips and nuggets.
The gym had very limited equipment for a resistance workout.
The rooms with private pools had little to no privacy.
The rooms were very basic and dated. No cooking provisions in the kitchen and essentially 2 x small mattress for sofas with a tiny TV.
It's quite a big resort with uneven terrain and villas on multiple levels, this may not suit people with limited mobility.
The apartment overall was clean but the rooms were dusty in areas.

A recommended hotel for a family vacation.
Pros:

The service is excellent, the food is varied, and the selection of drinks at the bars is good.
During our stay, there were always sun loungers available by the pools, and it never felt overly crowded.
The children really loved the water slides at the pool.
The room is very spacious and meets almost every need.

Cons:

There are a few small but very annoying issues: there are no power sockets near the bed in the bedroom, which is very inconvenient.
The shower head is old, leaking and sprays water in all directions; maintenance needs to be improved.
