אהבנו את ההקפדה על השירות, האוכל היה מצויין כולל התחשבות וזהירות גדולה מאוד באלרגיוה מסכנת חיים לחלב

Cons:

המזרון בחדר היה רח מאוד ולא מתאים למי שרגיל לישון על מזרון קשה
הצוות עזר להוריד את המזרון וישנו וישנו רק על המיתה + מגן מזרון (לנו זה היה כמעט ומושלם)

We visit time and time again!
Pros:

We love staying here. We live on island and book this hotel all the time. The rooms are great, the staff are outstanding! Every single member of staff is happy and go above and beyond. The food is incredible. Best All Inclusive I’ve been too!!
No sunbed wars either. We came down at 10am and plenty of beds at both pools!

Cons:

The pool with the Waterslides could do with some TLC, sunbeds are looking a bit worse for wear, but absolutely would not put me off. It’s amazing.

Η αντιμετωπιση του προσωπικού και οι παροχές, διαφορες επιλογές σε πισίνες και φαγητα. Τα ποτά και τα φαγητά ήταξ πολύ καλά ποιότικά για all inclusive.

Cons:

Το πατωμα στον χώρο της πισίνας με τις νεροτσουλήθρες ήταν συνεχώς λερωμένο με χώματα και φαγητά, ακόμα και το πρωί που γινόταν καθαριότητα υπήρχαν πολλα λερωμένα σημεία, και υπαρχουν σκαλιά για να ανέβεις στα δομάτια, εμείς με δύο παιδία μέναμε στα πιο πανω δωμάτια και ειχε μια δυσκολία αν θέλαμε να παμε συχνα στο δωμάτιο.

Igazi Ciprus feeling!
Pros:

Extra kedves személyzet, mindig mindenhol segitettek és rendelkezésre álltak. Recepcio ugyanúgy segítőkész . A kiszolgálás és ételek minősége is a várakozásnak megfelelő. A “meze” igazi élmény, ki kellett probálni. Medencék tiszták és megfelelő hőmérsékletűek.

חדר מרווח עם מרפסת מרווחת מאוד,
שירותיים מאוד, מקצועיים, באמת היה לנו כייף
היינו עם 2 הילדים שלנו כל אחד מצא מה לעשות.. יש 2 בריכות וג'קוזי..ומגלשות..ומתקנים לילדים קטנים גם. בבריכה הגדולה אפשר להזמין שתייה חופשית ואוכל ממש מגוון..והמסעדה למטה עם המון אוכל טעים ומפנק..נהננו מאוד!!! וחבל שסגרנו רק ל5 ימים, היינו נשארים עוד בכייף
לילד שלי היה יומולדת 4 אז הביאו לנו עוגה שמו במקרר וגילינו את זה כהפתעה וזה היה מאוד נעים ומרגש! וביום האחרון הביאו לנו בקבוק
של אוזו.. באמת שירות מכל הלב. אנחנו נשמח לחזור :)

The stay was overall pleasant, with spacious and clean rooms and very comfortable beds. The food was good, although at times it felt not very well thought out. The staff were extremely polite and attentive, which was a highlight of the experience. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gesture of being offered cake and champagne for my birthday, which made the stay feel extra special.

Cons:

The water in the bath wasn’t draining properly, which made the experience a bit uncomfortable. Hopefully, this can be improved.

Pros:

We stayed here for two nights. Everything was amazing: all the slides, the bar, food, the stuff. We went above and beyond.
