Restauracja i bardzo dobre jedzenie.

Cons:

W porównaniu do innych obiektów ten ma mniej do zaoferowania rodzinom z dziećmi, np. brakuje placu zabaw (nawet małego), lub kawałka trawiastego i osłoniętego przed słońcem boiska. Natomiast kids club i mini disco bardzo fajne.

2. Strong deodorant smell in the room/had an astma attack
2. Pool Lifeguard doing other chores/not adequate waterpark pool safety
3. Facilities-No showers by the pool/waterpark
4. Pool not chlorined properly/cats drinking pool water...
4. Water served in glasses/bottled water available only at one bar
5. Cleaning staff entered our room before departure/no door sign available
6. Booking.com rating of 8.6 is very high and does not reflect reality

Lovely family hotel
Pros:

We liked the staff, the food and the facilities the most! The staff go above and beyond to make you feel special as a guest! The manager is absolutely amazing, super good and attentive! Our most favourite bar people Mina and Atef are gems and a real credit to the hotel! Lifeguards have super strong attention to detail, which helps parents relax at the poolside having children running and playing around. Entertainment team lead by Hazel are super nice and made our evenings really enjoyable! Reception staff are super professional and informative! Big shout out to the chefs for the most beautiful food! A massive shout out to the boy that served in the restaurant at the breakfast and allowed me to take a plate with the food to my boy that wasn't feeling well and was still in bed, even though food is not allowed outside the restaurant. Cleaning lady was very good and went above and beyond to make our room clean everyday! All the staff are absolutely amazing!

Cons:

Didn't like that the hotel was too far away from the sea, on the other hand it is not a hotel's fault it is more of a location that wasn't very convenient. But shuttle bus on the other hand solves the problem.

Pros:

How on earth this is getting 5star reviews is a mystery. Sad, tired place with less than good food. I can only assume its returners. Dont waste your money. We payed over 4K for nothing
