Die Rezeption war, anders als angegeben, morgens erst ab 10:00 Uhr besetzt, so dass wir unser Zimmer nicht wie geplant vor Ort bezahlen konnten. Was zu erheblichen Unsicherheiten und Aufwand führte, da wir aufgrund eines festen Termins nicht bis 10:00 Uhr warten konnten. Das anwesende Frühstückspersonal verstand und sprach kein englisch und erst dank booking.com konnte die Bezahlung Tage später abgewickelt werden.
Das Frühstück stand erst ab 8:00 Uhr zur Verfügung, ebenfalls eine Stunde später als angegeben. Wir haben ein Premium-Dreibett-Zimmer gebucht. Da es lediglich Fenster zu einer Art kleinen Lichthof gab, war es sehr dunkel und die Stahlzimmertür trug nicht gerade zur Gemütlichkeit bei.

Lokalizacja super (przy Rynku) w starej kamienicy chyba z XVII wieku. Brak własnego parkingu ale wokół dostępne miejskie (darmowe parkowanie w sobotę od 18 do poniedziałku (7.00). Pyszne śniadania w piwnicy (super atrakcja).Wspaniałe zabytki w zasięgu ręki.

Naprostá spokojenost, hotel Purkmistr i s personálem mají za nás deset hvězdiček z deseti.
Pros:

Kroměříž jako město a hotel Purkmistr jako ubytování se mě i dceři velice líbilo. Pokoj byl podle našich představ, poměrně prostorný a vybavený. V noci byl klid, žádný hluk. Recepční ochotná, příjemná, poradila, když bylo potřeba. A tým připravující snídaně byl prostě úžasný. S úsměvem na tváři a všichni pomáhali, poradili. A co se týká nabídky jídla ke snídani, tak určitě nic nechybělo. V nabídce pečivo - sladké i slané, jogurty, müsli, ovoce i zelenina, šunka, salám, sýry, vejce, džemy, máslo, džus, káva, zákusky... Určitě se chceme příští rok do hotelu vrátit. :-)
