Pros:

Sehr gutes Personal. Ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Erstklassige Lage im Distrikt 1. Sehr großer Pool für die Hotel Größe. Angenehme rooftop bar.

Location was great, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Doorman couldn't do enough for you. Kent was amazing. Overall hotel and facilities were good.

Cons:

Breakfast was average, not what we have been used to in the past. Not a lot of variety.

Pros:

The staff were so accommodation, they let us check in early and upgraded our room nothing was to much trouble for them, the staff at check in were so pleasant. Fantastic hotel beautifully decorated. Breakfast had plenty of options plus afternoon tea all included in the in the price. Pool on the roof top it's smaller as it's a boutique hotel but big enough for what is needed, I highly recommend this hotel
