Just Superb ✨
Pros:

Superb stay. Very welcoming, great staff. The room was great, the breakfast was top notch. Parking wasn't a problem. Clean, family friendly and would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Blackpool.

Entertainment was good , breakfast was help yourself which was good , you could chose what you wanted from cereals to a good English breakfast also tea, coffee and juices available .The location was good.

Cons:

Outside the property at the front there were plenty of chairs but only 2 tables , the shower wasn't very good and the toilet didn't flush properly.

Very Good Small Sea Front Hotel
Pros:

Small tradition rooms but very clean. Car parking is free. Breakfast excellent. Great entertainment for a small hotel. Competitively priced bar prices

Value hotel
Pros:

Hi.stayed here for 1 week. In August. Place needs work. But as a budget hotel I cannot complain and wonder why some of the bad reviews are made.yes the room I had was not immaculate.small problem with tv.sorted.hot shower every day.room was clean.coffee etc topped up daily.but price i paid for 1 week i was quoted that per day in lythem st Anne's were my friends live.wi.fi in room.super breakfast.great location. Lovely staff.if you want luxury then pay for it.stan

Would stay again 100%
Pros:

The owners were friendly and very helpful and made us feel welcome, it is in a good location and price was fair. They offer breakfast which was £10 for both of us and its lovely food, it is clean and has singers on a friday and saturday night not badly price for drinks aswell the bed was comfy and room was clean and owner always asked how we was and how our day was going would 100% stay again best hotel we have stayed in.
