Somewhat disappointing
Pros:

Friendly staff. Subpar breakfast for a free hotel breakfast. Lobby and elevators not very clean, not sure either was cleaned during my 5 night stay. Room appeared clean but could see all the crud under the dishwasher and sink when sitting at the desk. Been awhile since the fridge was pulled out to clean under/behind. Only had to smash two possible roaches on the floor in the kitchenette.

Bed was comfortable, pillows are kind of lumpy.

Checking in and hotel not disclosing no hot water
Pros:

Booked hotel about three months in advance. Arrived and checked in at the hotel with no problem. Two and half hours later found out through other guests that there had been no hot water for two days at this site. Front desk clerk stated I could get a refund due to circumstances. Hiltons booking company advised four days later this reservation was non-refundable and gave a credit to use within 120 days. Would not advise this site as they were still allowing guests to check in knowing there was no hot water.

Cons:

Hôtel un peu négligé sur la propreté dans l'entrée. L'ascenseur très malpropre, seulement 1 des 2 ascenseurs fonctionnaient.

One of the best
Pros:

The hotel was very nice and clean, which is always the most important thing to me. The location is great, just minutes away from a huge shopping plaza, so there were plenty of different food options.

They have 10 EV charging slots available. We do road trip between ohio and MA. This hotel will definitely go on our favorite list!

Pros:

Most of my staff liked staying there. One was denied entrance.

Cons:

I prepaid for 5 rooms for my coworkers. I made clear that one coworker was going to be delayed and I wasn’t sure when they would arrive. Hotel said no problem and put the key aside. When my coworker arrived at 3 in the morning, they wouldn’t let her in and had given away her PREPAID room. I asked for a refund for that room and there has been no movement on that b

My favorite property in Albany
Pros:

This is one of my favorite properties to stay at in Albany. It’s always clean, nice amenities and friendly staff. On April 19th, I lost my car keys the young man at the desk was so kind he offered to walk around the property, in the pouring rain, to look for them, I told him not to bc he would have gotten soaked. We finally found them they fell off the counter in the recycle bin. Thank god.
My husband is diabetic and they had an awesome diabetic friendly breakfast, along with other yummy things. It was fun hanging out in the lobby with other soccer tournament families. We even met some great people. Can’t wait to come back.

My new go-to in Albany.
Pros:

Size of room and available amenities. Nice breakfast, better than industry standard for this class of hotel. Nice and quiet. Dog friendly.
