Мы останавливались всего на 2 ночи, не пользовались лечебными и спа процедурами, кроме бассейна, поэтому впечатления такие.
Администраторы очень приятные, со всем помогли, говорят на нескольких языках. Красивый вид из окна на город. Расположение отеля - его и плюс, и минус. На горе довольно тихо, рядом лес, природа. И очень быстро буквально 5 минут до коллонады. Но людям, у которых проблемы с ногами и подьемами в гору, наверное, тяжеловато.
Неплохой бассейн, мы плавали после завтрака почти час одни.

Cons:

Отель явно за 30 лет уже поживший, лучшие времена его позади, но в этом есть и прелесть. Завтраки очень скудные, но на два дня норм.
Самый большой минус - это матрасы. Может, конечно, это индивидуальная особенность, но мы впервые спали на таких жёстких, затекало все тело, утром болели ноги. Настоящая жесть! Это первый такой опыт и единственно, что действительно омрачило нам отдых. А так нормальный отель эконом класса, ничего от него не ждали.
Был смешной момент, персонал на кухне закричал на весь зал на завтраке на русском- русские пришли (хотя мы и не совсем русские), но мы посмеялись и не акцентировали внимание на нетактичности и указывания национальности, хотя, конечно, лучше так не делать.

alles in allen war es ein schöner Kurzuhrlaub Kommen gerne wieder und haben es schon weiter Empfohle
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns das freundliche Personal ,die Sauberkeit ,Das Zimmer mit Balkon und der schöne Ausblick.
das Frühstück war prima .

Cons:

Mit den Abendbrot waren wir nicht ganz zufrieden es hätte etwas wärmer sein können.

Pros:

Lokalita poblíž centra, s přístupem do přilehlého lesa. Dobré večeře, výběr jídla uspokojivý. Hezká kavárna a v ní příjemná obsluha. Pěkný bazén, vířivka, parní sauna k dispozici.

Cons:

Přístup personálu k hostům kvůli vynesení kávy ve vlastním hrnku ven z hotelu. Nepříjemná zkušenost, jinde jsem to nezažila.

Durch viele Anbauten ist das Hotel unübersichtlich. Viele Gänge, versteckte Fahrstühle.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr höflich und freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstücksbüffet war auf einer sehr kleinen Fläche angerichtet. Die Auswahl war Überschaubar und entsprach nicht dem Niveau eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Für den Preis wirklich zu empfehlen und die Lage ist super!
Pros:

Wir hatten Halbpension und das Frühstück sowie das Abendessen war ausreichend und gut. Kleiner Pool aber völlig ausreichend, angenehm warmes Wasser und wenn man zur richtigen Zeit geht hat man sogar alles für sich alleine! Sehr freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Nichts Negatives zu berichten.
