The location was fantastic. Staff were polite, helpful and went out of their way to make the stay feel special. The view from the restaurant was stunning and the food and service there were excellent. Sitting on the terrace eating breakfast in the sun, whilst looking out at the sea, was the perfect way to start the day.
The room was spacious, comfortable and clean with quiet air conditioning if we needed it on. Loved the bottle of milk in the fridge for tea and coffee.
A fabulous hotel.
We would have liked a beach facing room ideally but as we were only there for one night, we did have the sea views at dinner then at breakfast the next day. Unfortunately the budget for this night away did not stretch to a sea view room. The room we had was superb and very comfortable so there was nothing we didn’t actually like about the property itself.

Beautiful suite with balcony and ocean/beach views. Friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Fantastic walking area on Tennyson Down Trail, which begins close to the hotel. Ample free parking.

Great hotel and location.
The service was very slow, often taking 30-40 mins to get our order taken in the bar and restaurant.

The view from the room was beyond what words can express. It was a big room with good balcony. The location of the hotel was also very convenient. They provided a cot on request as well for my toddler.
The balcony had a common aisle connecting all balconies to other rooms with no privacy which was not advertised or explained well enough despite of paying for a suite with sea view. The housekeeping was poor as the room was not cleaned properly and the water bottles were not replenished on a daily basis. The food in the kitchen for breakfast had errors on 2 consecutive days despite making it very clear to the staff and them noting it down as well. For the amount of money that the hotel charged us, it was not worth the value of money. There was no lift to the second floor where the suite was and no one to help carry the luggage up or down.
the facilities were great, the staff were lovely and the sea-view amazing. The bar and restaurant were great and our light lunch delicious. Breakfast was also great and the waitress accommodated my request
While it was lovely to have air-con, it was very noisy and not possible to sleep with it on. Also although the bed was huge, it did slope off to one side, so my husband wasnt super confortable.

This hotel is in THE most perfect location - right smack on the water in a delightfully laid-back part of the island. We wanted a completely chilled getaway, and that is what we got! Incredible views out every window, wonderful warm service, a terrific restaurant just downstairs, super comfortable bed and a shower my husband couldn't stop raving about :-) The included breakfast was extremely generous and well cooked, and eating out on the deck overlooking the sea was very special indeed. We had a lovely time here and are already planning to come back next summer!
Our dislikes were small, and didn't detract from the wonderful time we had here. But in the spirit of fairness, we noticed that the carpets throughout the hotel could use an extra cleaning. We had a room with a shared terrace, which was ENORMOUS, but strangely had little furniture on it, which felt a bit odd (and a few sun umbrellas up there would have been a welcome addition! Also, for a hotel of this quality, offering only coffee bags in the room seems odd. A cafetiere with good ground coffee or a Nespresso would have added considerably to my morning experience.
