Das Hotel ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Einfach hin kommen und wohlfühlen. Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich nett und aufmerksam. Es fehlt einem an nichts. Und die Lage des Hotels und der unglaubliche Ausblick auf den Gardasee...unbezahlbar. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Cons:

Wir haben wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

Pros:

Großartiger Blick über den Gardasee , toller Innenpool , in dem ursprünglichen Park ( direkt am Hotel) konnte man gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen , Zimmer hat richtige Größe und eine tolle Dusche , Essen war sehr gut ( hatten Halbpension) , Personal sehr freundlich

Sehr voll am Pool zu wenig Liegen für alle Gäste ,sehr harte Matratzen

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, Blick auf den See. Alles sauber, das Personal spricht deutsch oder englisch und alle sind freundlich. Der große Pool ist super, auch von der Bar konnte man sich kleine Snacks oder Getränke mit zum Pool nehmen. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, von Süß bis herzhaft ist alles vorhanden. Zum Abendessen sind wir in die Pizzeria nebenan gegangen, zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Auch im Hotel gibt es Abendessen, allerdings war für uns nichts dabei. Wir sind aber auch mäkelig, so das immer einer was zu meckern hatte. Wir waren 2 Wochen, sie kamen uns vor wie eine, traurig sind wir heim gefahren. Aber es war nicht das letzte Mal!!

Die Lage ist einfach ein Traum. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sehr sauber.
Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, wir haben uns herzlichst willkommen gefühlt.
Der Pool war angenehm kühl, es gab genug liegen und Sonnenschirme.
Das Essen war ein Traum. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon aufs nächste Mal!
Überdachte Parkplätze die auch für suv groß genug waren 👍

Cons:

Nur ein paar winzige Kleinigkeiten wie ein für uns fehlender Mülleimer im Zimmer oder eine Ablage für Shampoo in der Dusche. Ansonsten alles top

Super Personal,saubere Zimmer.Essen war einfach nur Mega.Mega Anlage.Auch die Besitzer sind einfach nur top.

Très bonnes vacances en famille.
Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. L'hôtel est très propre et les repas sont très bon.
La vue depuis L'hôtel est magnifique et l'emplacement est calme.

Cons:

La literie n'est pas la meilleure.
Il manquait un peu d'animations en soirée, un peu de musique par exemple.
