A few good points mainly for the friendly staff.

Very disappointed with our stay. The actual room was very different from the Booking.com photos. Although they said the rooms were renovated, ours still looked outdated and did not meet our expectations, especially considering the reviews and photos online.

On check-in, one complimentary water bottle was greenish in color (as shown in the photo), which made us question whether the bottles were properly cleaned and newly provided.

The air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted properly, and the water heater at night was extremely hot. Even on the cold setting, the water was steaming hot and could potentially burn you.

We also skipped breakfast after finding that some food appeared to have been prepared the night before and left exposed overnight, which raised concerns about cleanliness and food handling.

The staff were friendly, but unfortunately, their good service does not make up for the room condition and the major difference between what is advertised and what you actually get.

Camere un po diverse dalle foto, più spoglia ma spaziosa e con tutto il necessario. Pulizia ok. Ho dato il max punteggio per lo staff che ci ha aiutato a prenotare alcune tappe del nostro viaggio già prima dell’arrivo. La disponibilità e gentilezza sono davvero il punto di forza. Qualsiasi cosa tu abbia bisogno loro te la risolvono.

The front desk staff were very welcoming! The location is amazing! My room was very comfortable, the bathtub was great, and the shower had amazing hot water. While the buffet selection felt a bit minimal, the food quality was excellent—especially the made-to-order options like fresh pancakes and omelets made to your liking!

Overall, a cozy and comfortable stay, but don't expect the room or dining space to look as spacious as the online pictures!

1. Hotel Name: The taxi dropped me off at "JA Cosmo," which was confusing since the name online was HM Hanoi Boutique Hotel. They have updated their name, but clearer notice beforehand would help.

2. Photos vs. Reality: The room and breakfast area appear much larger in the photos than they are in real life. The dining space feels quite cramped, making it a bit uncomfortable when full.

3. Toiletries & Amenities: The shower gel and hand wash come in small jars/bottles that weren't enough for a 3-day stay without having to ask for refills.

Отель расположен идеально для осмотра исторического центра пешком. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и помогал со всем. На ресепшн милая девушка поменяла нам деньги по выгодному курсу, а еще помогла подобрать замечательный тур в Ha Ling Bay. В номере чисто, кондиционер есть, в ванной есть все необходимое. Завтраки с небольшим, но очень хорошим выбором блюд, есть как европейская, так и азиатская еда, вкусный кофе. Общее впечатление от отеля превосходное, обязательно вернусь сюда при повторном посещении Ханоя!

Cons:

We had booked two rooms one in third floor wasn't good at all without windows and the send one in ninth floor it was interuoted with the staff of the kitchen, early morning very high noise was heard wihile preparing food, the management should find a solution to solve this issue

Lits agréables. Belle vue de la salle du petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Mal insonorisé. Hôtel en travaux, notre chambre donnait sur une terrasse où les maçons ont commencé à travailler très très tôt le dimanche matin … donc impossible de laisser les rideaux ouverts. Chambres plus petites que sur les photos.

Pros:

Hotel à quelques mètres du lac. le petit déjeuner se prend au 10eme étage avec vue sur le lac.
