The location is superb especially during the weekend.
Pros:

Location. Manager is nice and helpful. He keeps trying to make up for the lapses in service.

Cons:

Quite dirty. There’s cockroach in one of the room. The property promised to prepare a boxed breakfast for the 20 pax group but didn’t even prepare for it. Even if the request was made weeks before the arrival. The wifi is fluctuating all through out our stay.

It would’ve been great but it failed in terms of service in important things.
Pros:

The location. The bellman is helpful when i needed help for grab.

The breakfast is ok and enough.

Cons:

There’s no plain rice in breakfast buffet so i bought a microwavable rice but they don’t have a microwave.

Parfait !
Pros:

L’accueil est plus que chaleureux, toute l’équipe est aux petits soins. Un grand merci à Ryan and Lyn !
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable.
Le skybar est top au coucher du soleil.

Cons:

Peut-être un peu de bruit tôt le matin, mais c’est la vie normale à Hanoi !

The staff is friendly and the breakfast was good. Located in the center of which is walkable everywhere.

If you're a first timer in Vietnam, I would highly recommend communicating mostly on WhatsApp. Anything you want to convey to the hotel, use WhatsApp even if you're already in the hotel. Though the front desk may understand English, communicating in person might not be the best form of communication.

Be patient, the staff do try to do their best to accommodate you, be polite and don't expect too much. Then you'll be a happy camper. 😊

Pros:

Très bons matelas. Personnel efficace, gentils, serviables, polis et souriants. Restaurant en haut de l'hôtel, belle vue pour prendre le petit déjeuner qui propose beaucoup de choix. Beaucoup de commodités aux alentours

On entend les klaxons même la nuit.
