After staying for one night, we informed the reception that we wished to cancel the second night of our reservation. We were told that we would receive a response by 3:00 PM and that we were free to leave the hotel, but we never received any follow-up. In addition, the amount we had prepaid for the unused second night was not refunded. We are dissatisfied with this situation.We are requesting a refund for the night we did not stay

Economico, ma sotto gli standard della catena B&B
Pros:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo per Parigi è ottimo.

Cons:

È decisamente sotto gli standard delle altre strutture della stessa catena
Il personale è molto approssimativo.
Se non lo si richiede espressamente le pulizie in camera non vengono effettuate.
La hall dà un senso di abbandono e di poco pulito.
Nell'ascensore per i tre giorni in cui abbiamo pernottato sono rimaste le stesse manate sulle pareti che nessuno si è sognato di pulire.

Comfortable bed and friendly staff, but the poor cleanliness standards let the stay down.
Pros:

On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. The shower was also excellent, with strong water pressure which was really enjoyable. In addition, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which we appreciated.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. Many areas throughout the property appeared quite dirty and poorly maintained. The dining area in particular was unpleasant — there was a strong smell of stale milk upon entering, and we noticed dried pieces of ham left underneath the fridge counter. Overall, hygiene standards did not meet expectations, which negatively affected our stay.
