Pros:

There was nothing to like about this property. We booked a deluxe room. There was no such things. We had to ask for towels, they arrived threadbare. There was no soap or toilet paper. We changed rooms three times in less than 24 hours. The first was filthy, the second flooded and there was no water and the third had thredbare sheets also. The frigs in each room had been switched off, were rusty, dirty and smelly.

Pros:

There is no any facilities up to the standards that they have advertised in the internet. No TV, When rain water all over the floor like floods. Meals very bad. There is no words to say about meals and the service of the hotel.

Pros:

Huoneessa muuten kaikki ok, yksi torakka oli vessan lattialla kun mentiin mutta todennäköisesti se johtui auki olevasta suihkukaivosta. Huoneessa oli paljon ”torakkapalloja” niiden esteämiseksi ja kun kaivon ritilän laittoi kiinni ei ollut mitään valittamista. Hinta/laatu kohtasi mielestäni hyvin ja sijainti oli loistava.

Pros:

Väldigt slitet hotell, badrumsdörr gick inte att stänga, svårt att få wi-fi-uppkoppling, gick ej att få vattenflaskor till rummet.
Men superläge precis vid stranden i Mirissa, nära buss och mataffär.

Detta var hemskt! Vi blev grundlurade av han som tog emot oss på detta hotell då vi fick helt andra typer av rum än det vi bokat. Efter att ha bråkat med hotels.com i 9h så lyckas de placera om oss på ett annat hotell med ännu sämre standard, trots att de lovat en den skulle vara bättre. Men då det var dagen innan nyår och vi inte orkade vänta längre än de 9h vi redan gjort så tog vi det som erbjöds. Grädden på moset var att vi var tvugna att betala för det med. Jag ligger nu ute med det dubbla än vad det egentligen skulle kostat för en sämre upplevelse än det vi betalat för och hotels vägrar återkoppla....Bo inte här!!

Great Hotel right on the beach
Pros:

We had 2 amazing nights at W&D resort!! Right on the beach with sundbeds for free! Nice resturant, amazing service and close to FoodCity and ATM. The room was clean, nice AC and good shower! I would definetly stay again.

Vi anlände sent på kvällen. Väldigt hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Rummet var ok rent, kunde behöva dammas av lite. Checkade ut tidigt för vi hade annan destination.

Lackluster but good enough place to rest your head
Pros:

Despite booking over a month in advance the hotel didn't seem to know we were coming, this was evident when checking in to our room, which had no bin, teabags but no kettle. We had paid for a Sea View, which was only visible if I stuck my head out of the door. One window in the room, which was opaque so no view possible.

Despite the disappointment of the room, which was fine since we wanted to spend most of the time on the beach instead, there are some redeeming features.

The young lads who came for our bags and served us breakfast were extremely polite and nice, they were the highlight of the staff. In addition, we almost missed breakfast had we not received a call from management reminding us it was going to close in 15mins (Overslept from an exhausting trip the night prior).

This may have been a one off, but I'd give this place a solid 2/5 based on the room, our experience and prices of other hotels in the area. Hotel could do with a bit of renovation all over.
