Hôtel étape
Pros:

La chambre est très spacieuse et très propre . Pour un hôtel étape c’est plutôt pas mal

La piscine pas vraiment en état de fonctionnement quand au jacuzzi il était inutilisable

Ok für den Preis, aber verbesserungsfähig

Die Unterkunft war für den Preis angemessen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

In unserem Badezimmer hat es furchtbar nach Rauch gestunken. Mein Partner und ich sind Nichtraucher. Eine Lüftung im Badezimmer gab es nicht, daher war es nicht möglich den Geruch rauszubekommen. Laut Personal an der Rezeption rauchen die Reinigungskräfte nicht, somit muss es von den Personen vor unserem Aufenthalt sein. Frage mich dann jedoch schon warum dies dem Reinigungspersonal nicht auffällt. Es war so penetrant, dass man richtig Kopfschmerzen bekommt.

In unserer Buchung wurde ein Wellnessbereich und ein Fitnessraum genannt. Ich weiß nicht wo diese Bereiche hätten sein sollen. Es hat uns auch niemand darauf hingewiesen.

Das Restaurant im Hotel ist absolut zu empfehlen, sehr gutes personal und sehr gute Küche.

Die Fischspezialitäten sind hervorragend .

Cons:

Die Unterkunft/Hotel muss komplett renoviert werden da diese ihren Zenit seit längerem überschritten hat.

Pros:

Eravamo col ns golden Retriever e avevamo con noi la sua carne confezionata surgelata e sottovuoto e molto gentilmente ce l'hanno conservata in un pozzetto (in un ulteriore contenitore, quindi ben separata da tutto il resto)

Un terrazzo, sotto il mio balcone, con gli escrementi di cane che non è mai stato pulito. Frigor-Bar vuoto- Abbiamo bevuto l'acqua: non è stata sostituita e non è stata neppure portata via la bottiglia vuota così come non sono state portate via le tazzine nelle quali avevamo bevuto il caffè. Molto scarsa anche la dotazione di accessori da bagno specie se consideriamo che avevamo (a dir loro) una souite. Buffet colazione molto scarso

Pros:

Airco op de kamer, erg schoon en op loop afstand (15 minuten) van de stad Vicenza. Goede pizzaria op 7 minuten loop afstand. Het hotel zit op een fijne locatie met eigen parkeerplek!

Personal an der Rezeption und die Zimmermädchen waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Grosser Lärm, das Hotel ist von drei stark befahrenen Strassen und einer Bahnlinie umgeben. Grosser Lärm von der Klimalüftung auf dem Dach über dem Zimmer. Tagelanger Fischgeruch im Aufzug. Die Bilder vom Pool sind eine Farce. Es handelt sich nur um ein kleines Kinderbecken. Woher die 4 Sterne kommen, ist mir ein Rätsel.
