Virivka, bazen na terase pôsobili veľmi lacne, navyse tam prebehli aj deti mimo hotela a terasa bola zcasti rozostavana. Prva izba (cislo 119) bez funkcnych balkonovych dveri. Izba vymenena bez problemov, avsak po burke zatieklo aj pod zatvorene dvere dovnutra druhej izby (c. 114). Hotel deklaruje 4 hviezdy, ale pôsobi znacne odlisne.

Comfortable room for a stopover but Hotel & Spa is a rather generous description.
Pros:

Comfortable room with convenient parking. Within 20 minutes walk of the lovely city centre.

Cons:

We only needed a bed for a one night stopover, but if we had wanted more, we would have been rather disappointed. The restaurant was closed, the swimming pool was barely any bigger than a plunge pool and there seemed to be quite a bit of building work going on - I pulled the curtains to look out and three workmen standing on the roof looked back!

Pros:

Für eine Nacht o.k.zur Durchreise.

Cons:

Frühstück, keine Klimaanlage, Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Gebäck nicht weich. Lage nur mit Auto o.k Whirlpool war nicht einladend mit Grasteppich und klein. Unter SPA habe ich andere Vostellungen. Für eine Nacht kann man machen.

Very comfortable hotel with exceptional staff! Good location - bus stop immediately outside the hotel to travel to Vicenza centro storico (early evening finish so taxi back).

Soggiorno che non ha soddisfatto le aspettative di un 4 Stelle, d’altronde in linea con vari hotel che ho provato a Vice

Il bagno spazioso, parcheggio ampio, il team delle pulizie camere accurati. volevo provare il ristorante ma era chiuso per ferie . Servizio transfer meritevole. Anche il servizio stiro camicie buono. In camera si trovano due bottigliette di acqua in omaggio. Il resto è in linea con gli alberghi di Vicenza e fino ad ora nessuno ha soddisfatto le aspettative.

Cons:

Camera senza comodini, senza un posto per mettere la valigia, un armadio minuscolo senza cassetti, senza ante, probabilmente una camera per singoli trasformato in matrimoniale, se è così pessima scelta se non è così pessima camera, non rispecchia un 4 stelle.
Albergo in generale trascurato, la sezione SPA povera, ha le piscine poco curate posizionate in un ambiente altrettanto poco curato, sembrano buttate là tanto per dire che c’è la SPA, ad esempio le scale in legno sono rotte per accedere alla piscina, ugelli dei getti idro massaggio della piscina che galleggiano. Servizio, “pasto al sacco”, offerto ma inesistente, consiste nel recuperare in modo autonomo dalla colazione, qualcosa da portare via.
Colazione varia di prodotti ma monotona nei prodotti, nel senso che ci sono sempre le stesse cose, per esempio le torte sono sempre 2 crostate 2 ciambelloni, manca un pò di fantasia ..
L’entrata in albergo è bizzarra, la reception si trova al 1 piano e non come tutti gli alberghi al piano terra, personalmente non piace, anche se può essere una unicità .
