Pros:

Camera spaziosa con terrazzo riservato. Piscina (non ne abbiamo usufruito) disponibile per 10 ore al giorno. Colazione varia abbondante. Personale abbastanza disponibile. Abbiamo cenato in albergo e la cena è stata buona. Parcheggio per la macchina molto comodoi.

La posizione dell'albergo non è eccezionale. Abbastanza vicino al centro ma In un contesto un po' degradato

Clean modern hotel with great pool area
Pros:

Fabulous pool, lovely shaded area near pool and breakfast room, very clean. They kindly drove us to the Hierapolis gate.

Cons:

The breakfast was plentiful, but the quality of the food was a bit hit and miss.
The fridge in our room didn’t work. We reported it to the manager and was told nothing can be done on Sundays. We were there on Monday night as well and no attempt was made to rectify the situation

Pros:

The staff were all very approachable & friendly. I wish to express my gratitude to Chenol for providing quality information about the areas to visit, the gates to enter & exit. The swimming pool was always clean.Breakfast, lunch & dinner was exceptional - the hotel always catered to our eating requirements.

Ottimo soggiorno a Pamukkale
Pros:

Ottimo hotel a Pamukkale. Personale gentile e accogliente. Stanze ben arredate e molto pulite. Colazione buona e abbondante, con possibilità di farla a bordo piscina (perlomeno in estate). Parcheggio privato gratuito di fronte all'hotel.

Cons:

Tutto bene, al limite direi che l'hotel è in posizione lievemente decentrata per cui è necessario prendere l'auto per andare a vedere le principali attrazioni. Ma non è stato un problema.

Buena ubicación
Pros:

El desayuno nos pareció bastante justo y muy orientado al estilo turco. Viajábamos con nuestra hija, que estaba indispuesta, y pedimos una tortilla sencilla, pero no fue posible prepararla, algo que echamos en falta.

Por el resto, la experiencia fue muy buena: el personal fue muy amable, la cena estuvo muy bien, las habitaciones estaban limpias y la ubicación es excelente.

Además, contratamos con el hotel la excursión en globo y todo salió perfectamente. En general, una estancia agradable, especialmente por el trato del personal y la buena organización de la excursión.

Cons:

desayuno muy justo tipo turco.

Hotel piacevole e accogliente, con camere confortevoli e personale gentile e disponibile.
Una nota di merito soprattutto per la colazione, davvero ottima, varia e abbondante, con prodotti freschi e di buona qualità. Un ottimo modo per iniziare la giornata!
Nel complesso è stata una buona esperienza e consiglierei volentieri questo hotel.
