Comfortable stay with proximity to railway station
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, king suite was large

Noise from street bar in the evening
Coffee maker old: only luke warm coffee.

Clean and comfortable. Close to lower price and quick food.

Cons:

No one is in the lobby for questions. Wasn’t sure how to request for another towel. Emailed but no reply. After searching the room we finally did find the 3rd towel for our 3rd person in the room. Lack of off street parking for short stays.

Also street car tracks are right outside front door. This is good and bad. Good for transportation bad for noise if you are a light sleeper.

Ottima soluzione per visitare Monaco
Pros:

Camera molto bella, comoda e spaziosa. Idem per il bagno.
Posizione comoda per raggiungere l'aeroporto e per la vicinanza alla stazione. Il centro è vicino, in 15/20 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

Il fatto di essere vicini alla stazione ha lo svantaggio che la zona non sempre era ben frequentata.
Materasso e cuscini non comodissimi.
Pure essendo praticamente a giugno sul letto c'era solo il piumone invernale il che non rendeva confortevole il sonno, anche accendendo l'aria condizionata. Suggerirei di adeguare la coperta alla stagione.

Great hotel to stay in Munich!
Pros:

Great experience! the hotel is well located near the train station which is very convenient for stopovers. Everything is at a walking distance, especially touristic parts and the old town. The hotel does not have a reception (thus the "Adva" in the name in case you missed it :)), but the check-in and check-out processes were very smooth. Highly recommended.
