The location is great and the staff are wonderful. They even helped us check in our bags to lockers across the street to the main hotel.
Our rooms were not ready upon check in and we had to wait and move to another room.

Cleanliness, beautiful room, nice front desk lady (Lorena) that helped us get the air-conditioner started, nice location close to main train station and subway.

Otel konumu gereği her yere yakın kolayca her yere erişebilirsiniz. Odalara erişimle ilgili bir sıkıntı yok. Oldukça temiz bir şekilde bulundu. İşlek bir caddede olmasına rağmen pencerelerde yalıtım oldukça iyi. Self checkin ve checkout süreçleri oldukça kolay.
Odalar görselde görüldüğü şekilde ama konaklayınca bir tık küçük geldi. Oturmak için bir koltuk olmasını ya da valizlere rahat bir şekilde organize etmek için bir bank olması tercih edilebilirdi.
Fijne kamer, ruime badkamer, goede locatie op loopafstand van het station. Goede airco. Beneden nog een kamer met faciliteiten. Handige lockers om bagage op te slaan na het uitchecken als je bv later met trein vertrekt.
Heel goed concept dat je een voucher voor de bar krijgt als je aangeeft dat je kamer niet schoon gemaakt hoeft.

We had an amazing stay in Munich! The room was big, comfortable, and well equipped. We especially enjoyed the terrace, which was perfect for unwinding in the evenings.
The location couldn't be better—there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and public transport is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore everything Munich has to offer.
Thank you for helping make our Bavarian adventure even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again!
The location is very good and ideal next to station.
Very comfortable and straight forward check in experience. the hotel is clean, and staff was responsive, and fast answering our queries.
However the cleaning service can be improved a bit for example (changing the spoon and mugs and cups to clean ones )
However when we asked them to do so our request was handled
