Πολύ καλή διαμονή
Pros:

Πολύ ωραίο, καθαρό δωμάτιο. Πολύ κοντά στον κεντρικό σταθμό. Άνετο κρεβάτι, είχε φούρνο μικροκυμάτων, καφέ και τσάι. Το μπάνιο ευρύχωρο! Η διαδικασία του check in εύκολη!

Cons:

Δεν κατάφερα να χρησιμοποιήσω το wifi που παρείχε.

Quality of the room overshadowed by the communication and check in process.
Pros:

Nice and clean room.

Cons:

The communication, logistics and check in process were quite awful. Useless answers form bot system, check in machines not working, preventing you to complete the process. And we were not the only ones struggling with the process, believe me.

Cons:

They cancelled my booking before I arrived and still charged me 90% of the fee. I had booked the night before I arrived so I could do an early check in as it was it run by Ai from the reviews. I emailed them and said I was checking in early. They now say they did not receive this and have asked me to find it which I will try to do. When I arrived from Bali on my international 24 hour flight at the airport they told me I was a no show and they charged me. I would get 10% refunded. I rang them from the airport and the lady on the phone was extremely rude, even though she knew I was in a foreign country with no accommodation booking. She threatened to hang up me when I said I could not understand her. After this I booked another hotel as I was tired and wanted to sleep. They then contacted me a number of times to prove to me that they could take my money and not provide me any accommodation. I will now complain again to them and to booking.com to see if they will return my $800. My kids used trip.com so maybe that is safer?

Очень удобное расположение. В номере чисто, все новое. И процедура заселения очень удобная. Мы приехали очень рано, оставили вещи в камере хранения на -1 этаже и спокойно пошли гулять
