Pros:

A hotel in a convenient location
Pros:

The location was good. It’s close to the city hub.
Staff was kind.

Cons:

The hotel building was made like a maze and we lost our way a few times.
Breakfast was too simple and maybe not worth for the price.

アクセス抜群、部屋快適
Pros:

つくばセンター目の前でどこにでも行きやすい。近くにコンビニや飲食店もある。
部屋は広めで快適。アメニティも部屋に置いてある。バブがあってお湯を張って入れる。

Cons:

施設は古いです。朝食は高い気がします。

利便性が良い

駅周辺ということで　スーパーやコンビニ　施設が充実してたので安心して過ごせました。コインランドリーも24時間使用できたのがよかったです。お風呂の入浴剤も毎日いただけたのはとても嬉しかったです。こういうお心遣いは本当に感動しました。お掃除されるスタッフの方もフロントのスタッフの方もとても気持ちの良い挨拶や対応してくださり、好感度高かったです。

Cons:

お部屋の壁紙の境界線がめくれていたのが少し残念でした。あと二重構造の窓になっていたので、汚れが落としにくいのか、外の景色を見るときに気になりました。空調が温度設定できなかったので、とても冷えて寒かったです。
