This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I have had in my life.

I have traveled to 16 countries and stayed in all kinds of accommodations, from budget guesthouses to higher-end hotels, and I have never experienced anything this disappointing.
If you are considering staying here, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere because this place can ruin your vacation.
My bad experience started on the very first night. When I went to bed, the sheets smelled strongly of another person's sweat. It was obvious that they had not been washed before my arrival. Having to sleep in a bed that was clearly not prepared with basic cleanliness standards is completely unacceptable.
The next day, I inspected the room more carefully and found that the pillowcases were in poor condition. Even worse, the pillows themselves were yellow from dirt and age, with black spots caused by moisture and mold. This is not only disgusting but could also pose a health risk to guests.
The bed was in terrible condition. Every time I lay down, it felt like it was about to break. The air conditioner barely worked; I had to leave it running all day just to make the room slightly cool. The refrigerator hardly cooled anything and constantly leaked water.
The bathtub was so dirty, with visible yellow stains, that I could not even imagine using it. The window in that area was filthy, and the blind was broken, making it impossible to open properly. The soap provided had such a strange smell that it seemed more like laundry soap than something intended for personal hygiene.
The service was just as disappointing as the room itself. There was almost never anyone at reception, and when I sent messages, they were rarely answered. I paid for the best room available and stayed for 7 days. The reservation was supposed to include breakfast, yet I only received breakfast on two occasions. On top of that, they do not offer refunds.
In the end, they replaced the pillows with new ones and made the bed, but I highly doubt my room was the only one with these issues.

Hervorragende Lage, Personal sehr freundlich,zum
Frühstücken weniger auswahl aber sehr lecker

Cons:

Keine tägliche Reinigung, sei aber in Bali normal
Wir waren nur 2 Nächte sodass keine Reinigung wirklich notwendig war
Nur 2 Handtücher/Badetücher und eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, auf Anfrage bekommt man aber immer alles was einer benötigt

Pros:

Jardim bonito e bem mantido, tal como a piscina; staff amigável, localização excelente bem no centro de ubud, mas ainda assim silencioso nos quartos.

Cons:

Os quartos são um pouco velhos (paredes sujas, cheiro de mofo) juntamente com seus móveis (televisão, cama), opção do café da manhã limitada.
