Generally speaking, I think it’s pretty good value and a nice hotel to stay at. However, for families, I’d say there are
Pros:

Love the look, style and vibe of the hotel.
Rooms were a great size and really good for a family with kids. The breakfast was quite limited but quite tasty nonetheless! Reception were lovely and the theme was really cool, along with the little astrological sheets and wellness tips and activities around! Nice and clean, pretty decent bathrooms compared to others and well priced for the room

Cons:

It didn’t feel very family friendly in that there was little to no consideration for the kids. The pool area is really not geared towards kids at all, no shallow spot or anything like that with signs saying no jumping (I understand this is standard but for kids with no where to play in the pool it’s easier said than done), no toys, we also got stared at as if we were interrupting even though our children were very quiet. At breakfast, we also got glared at the second the kids weren’t dead silent. It made it a bit uncomfortable and although that’s a problem with the guests and not the hotel specifically, I do feel as though the hotel is really geared towards golfers and the elderly (a lot whom have their dogs), so it made it a little hard to enjoy when we felt like we needed to keep our children quiet the enjoy time we were at the hotel.

Comfortable and lovely stay in Scottsdale
Pros:

This is a really nice property with lots of amenities in an upscale area in Scottsdale. The rooms are spacious and clean, the pool & hot tub area is beautiful and well maintained and the breakfast has a lot of options and patio seating. We had a great night’s sleep and would recommend it to others. It is about a 10-15 min drive from Old Town so something to be aware of if that is important to you.

Bra område, trevligt hotell med bra frukost, bra, snyggt poolområde.

Cons:

Bar/mat stängde 21:00 ): borde har längre öppettider. Hade varit bra med en toalett nära poolen, eftersom man var tvungen att klä sig propert när man skulle in i hotellet för toabesök.

Comfortable hotel with good rooms and breakfast, but the invoice process after the stay was unnecessarily difficult and
Pros:

The rooms were good and comfortable, the beds were very nice, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was friendly during our stay, and overall the hotel itself was comfortable and pleasant.

Cons:

The most frustrating part was getting an invoice for the stay. We booked through Booking.com and repeatedly requested an invoice from the hotel. The hotel kept telling us that Booking.com had to provide it, while Booking.com clearly stated that the hotel was responsible for issuing the invoice.

We contacted the hotel multiple times through different channels and had to follow up repeatedly for more than a month before finally receiving a document. The whole process was unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming, and this could have been handled much more professionally.

Relaxing & inviting site!
Pros:

Beautiful site for relaxing vacation! Our room was spacious & clean. The bed was VERY comfortable! Delicious breakfast offered. We especially enjoyed the pool & hot tub!

Cons:

It would've been great to have our bed made up daily, but not a big deal. The policy is that housekeeping is provided every 3 days & it was stated upfront (but if towels were needed we could've let them know...we were fine).
Elevator keypad appeared to need new buttons...yet truly a minor issue!

It was just lovely.
Pros:

Even though they were busy, my friend and I BOTH were able to get early check in. The breakfast was great. The pool was wonderful. We were very happy there.

Cons:

There was nothing I didn't like. I did have a view of the parking lot unfortunately, but a building is a building and the other amenities made it all worth it.

Un endroit parfait pour déconnecter et se ressourcer !
Pros:

Dans l’ensemble, c’est un très bel hôtel, le personnel très sympathique, propre, et le coin piscine est fabuleux avec ses palmiers et la musique en fond. C’est tout proche d’une zone de restaurants très bien noté !
Je reviendrai et je recommanderai avec plaisir !

Cons:

Les points négatifs sont le petit déjeuner qui ouvre à 7h seulement et il manque des tables à l’intérieur (moins pratique avec des enfants)
La chambre il manque quelques ustensiles, accessoires (poêles…)

Pros:

The breakfast was one of the best complimentary breakfasts we have had at a hotel... fresh and with plenty of healthy options. The pool was fantastic, it had a real resort kind of feel with lots of sunshine and beautiful palm trees surrounding the area.
