Great hotel for location and staff.
Pros:

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Location was great for exploring all New York had to offer. Particular call out to David, the manager, who went above and beyond, was always very helpful and friendly. he dealt with any queries we had in a very fast and professional manner.

Pros:

Localização simplesmente perfeita, especialmente para uma primeira visita a NY. Ao lado da quinta avenida e Times Square, e muito próximo de várias atrações e linhas de metrô. Rua relativamente tranquila mesmo em um local tão central. Cama grande e confortável e bom banheiro com box de vidro. O fato de ter microondas é ótimo, mas o frigobar era mais um tipo de cooler, só resfriava levemente por duas horas apertando um botão interno, bem ruim.

Cons:

Só tem um armário pequeno, que ainda concentra nele o cofre, microondas e "frigobar", então sobra bem pouco espaço para roupas. A limpeza deixou de ser feita por dois dias durante a minha estadia.

Overall would definitely recommend and stay again if got a good deal like this time.
Pros:

Incredible location- very close to all midtown highlights. Loads of places to eat nearby, Bryant park is a 10min stroll and is beautiful, 5th Avenue is at the doorstep, Times Square is practically 5 min walk, Central Park Columbus circle is a pleasant 20min walk. If you are adventurous and like cityscapes, go for a morning stroll down 5th Avenue to madison park to the flatiron building or walk up to Central Park . Subways close by and bus to Newark stop is at Bryant park.
Rooms are decent size for city standards ( compared to Europe) and bathroom is spacious with generous walk in shower
It is expensive but then that’s the price you pay for staying in midtown manhattan. We got a good deal I think so made it worthwhile.

Cons:

Aircon can be noisy and don’t expect peace and quiet in street facing rooms even if on top floors. Pillows too soft but that’s a personal preference. Mattress good perhaps not the same as the Hilton’s non budget ones. Sleep quality 7/10

Great location. Great restaurant on site.

The location is excellent.

Cons:

The beds were a bit uncomfortable. The room was by the ice machine. There was some noise from guests using the machine after midnight.
