床罩、棉被和枕頭套都很乾淨，房間空間夠大，可同時打開兩個28吋的行李箱沒問題；飯店地理位置還不錯，離時代廣場很近，走路就可以到的距離，而且週邊很多店家可以逛，區域也很安全。
枕頭有點太軟，房間沒有提供瓶裝水和紙拖鞋；淋浴間的蓮蓬頭是花灑固定式的，無法活動調整，使用起來有點不方便。

Parking was $75 for 24 hours as the nearby lor are all $50 per 24 hours.
First of all, the location was excellent. Apart from that, hotel rooms in New York City are generally quite small, but this hotel’s rooms were perfectly adequate in size. It was clean, and we stayed on the 21st floor of a 21-story building. I also appreciate that they accommodated our request regarding this. The elevator is extremely fast—it goes down 21 floors in about 6–7 seconds, which I think is a very important advantage.
The only issue is that there is currently construction about 50 meters away from the hotel, at the corner of 5th Avenue, and construction vehicles start working from around 7 a.m., which unfortunately causes some noise quite early in the morning.
Other than that, there were no problems at all. On the last night, the water was cut off for a few hours, but they informed us about it in advance, so we planned accordingly.
Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel. Thank you.
great location & updated rooms
The water was shut off at the hotel from 10pm-8am. No one told us at check in (9:45pm) and we had to find out by a letter that was left in the room. Unable to use the toilet, take a shower, or wash hands.

Stayed in room 1201. The front desk was very friendly and accommodating. I felt safe with the elevator key access. The room was nice, cozy and clean. I loved having the mini shop and easy add to room as needed. I also appreciated the smart tv features.
When it was hot, I wish I could have cooled the room a bit more. When it was cold, I wish I had heavier blanket as they were basically just sheets. Also the pillows are nice and soft but deflate.
Very nice staff and clean hotel
There is a non-stop working construction which makes sleeping impossible.
