Excellent hotel and staff
Pros:

We were in NY for the Ariana Grande concert last week. I was with my daughter and we had the best time. The accommodation was fantastic! We had a wheelchair accessible room with two doubles. It was so great. There was enough space for me (in the chair) and my daughter to move freely throughout the 10 days comfortably even when we were doing make up at the same time! I have travelled the world and the bathroom was fantastic. You could roll all the way under the sink, the shower bench really good. There was a hand held as well as the main shower head if you were standing. The room was super clean and cleaned every day. The bed was sooo comfortable especially because we walked most of the city and slept well. The staff were exceptionally good. So friendly and helpful. A very special shout out to Samson, David and Diana who really helped us when we needed it.
I came to Samson in a fluster about tickets for a show and transport to and from and he helped me sort it all! Highly recommend yhis place.

Derrick at front desk was AMAZING. HE DESERVES A RAISE HE IS WHAT MADE OUR STAY THE BEST MORE THEN ANYTHING ELSE. HILTON PAY YOUR STAFF MORE PLEASE.

Inmejorable ubicación, camas cómodas pero atención regular y mucha luz temprano a la mañana.
Pros:

La ubicación inmejorable, a media cuadra de la 5ta Av. y cerquisima del Roquefeller. Las camas muy cómodas. Habitación super amplia. Muy buena limpieza.

Cons:

Lo peor la luz que ingresaba por todas las ventanas ya muy temprano (era una vista buenisima, con 3 ventanas, pero las cortinas no cerraban del todo) Por eso le bajo a confort porque es primordial el descanso. Tampoco tenia casi lugar de guardado de ropa ni un estante en el baño. El personal en recepcion no era de lo mejor, a veces ni estaban. Un poco caro para lo que era el hotel en si. El baño tenía cortina y no puerta de vidrio/mampara.

Greta Midtown location
Pros:

My family of 4 stayed here for 5 nights. We never had an issue in our room. The staff were friendly. I have chosen this Hilton property due to its proximity to all the tourist attractions in midtown. We never used nor didn't care much of what amenities they have since our main goal is a nice comfortable place to sleep, and this hotel did not disappoint. We were out everyday touring Manhattan and Brooklyn area. We felt safe walking late at night coming from train stations nearby and from Time Square and the Rock.
