* According to art. 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, accommodations of minors under 18 requires the accompaniment of a parent or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate as well as written authorization from those responsible and authenticated by a notary.
* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Me hospedé en el Winsor Oceânico en marzo y mi experiencia fue muy buena.
La ubicación es excelente, el personal siempre fue muy amable y atento, la piscina es hermosa, los tragos muy ricos y el desayuno realmente completo y de muy buena calidad.
Durante mi estadía tuve un inconveniente inesperado, pero quiero destacar especialmente la atención del gerente Gilcimar, quien estuvo a la altura de la situación y se ocupó de resolverla de la mejor manera. Su profesionalismo, predisposición y compromiso hicieron una gran diferencia.
Además, tuvo la gentileza de asignarme una habitación hermosa con vista al mar y brindarme algunos obsequios que hicieron aún más agradable mi estadía.
Sin dudas valoro mucho la forma en que manejaron la situación y el trato recibido. Me sentí escuchada y cuidada como huésped.
Volvería a elegir este hotel y lo recomiendo totalmente. ¡Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

Muito bom o hotel, com tudo funcionando, como bar da piscina, academia, sauna….Room service com boas opções no cardápio. Ótima localização e área segura. Quarto tem bom tamanho, com mesa e cadeiras. Cama grande e bem confortável. A vista do terraço é muito bonita !
