* According to art. 82 of the Statute of the Child and Adolescent, accommodations of minors under 18 requires the accompaniment of a parent or legal representative. The minor must present the identity card or birth certificate as well as written authorization from those responsible and authenticated by a notary.
* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The rooftop pool is amazing. Great views and warm! Felt very safe in there. The staff also is a top point of this hotel. Johnny, Julia, Joao just to name a few made our stay extremely pleasant as they were so kind to me and my son. Is my second stay there and definitely coming back!
The reserve team on the email was really difficult to deal with. We needed an early check in as our flight arrived in Rio at 5am and it took me many many emails not properly answered to then me having to book an extra day to be able to do our early check in. When I called to request what could be done - I was willing to pay for it - the lady who answered wasn’t helpful at all and even suggested for me to cancel my stay there. Shocking!

Great location and view from the room
Breakfast buffet never changed in two weeks and was below the standard I would have expected from a high quality hotel.
My room key swipe card failed on 6 seperate occasions during my stay and reception staff implied it was somehow my fault on every occasion... again, I would have expected better from a quality hotel.
