Quarto confortável, boa piscina.
O café da manhã é pouco inventivo, todos os 3 dias que tomamos café era sempre a mesma coisa.
A academia apesar de aparelhos modernos, a esteira parava de funcionar do nada e uma bicicleta sem a tira pra encaixar o pé.
Ótima localização, conforto, limpeza. Bom café da manhã. Piscina fantástica.
Chuveiro muito ruim, não era possível ajuste do chuveiro. Durante o banho ficava frio ou muito quente sozinho. Ducha muito fraca. Pelo que oferece precisa ter manutenção URGENTE.

As instalações são excelentes, de alto padrão. Da última vez optamos pelo Windsor Tower, mas desta vez optamos por um quarto com vista para o mar no Windsor Oceânico que se mostrou uma excelente opção, embora um pouco mais cara.
Os funcionários são atenciosos e a localização do hotel é muito boa, na orla da Barra da Tijuca, com restaurantes e shoppings próximos, acessíveis por carro ou Uber.
O café da manhã é outro bom destaque, bastante variado.
Foi uma estadia curta, mas bastante agradável.
