Turn right onto Commutation Row, left onto Churchill Way/A57 and follow A57 round into Dale Street. Turn left onto Castle Street and the hotel is on your left - there is a loading bay outside. For parking information you can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Location is superb. Price was good
The shower plug hole was blocked and it filled up like your feet were having a bath. The door into the bathroom clunked like it was going to break. The fuse box had no door on it. The bed is slightly too small and only had 1 flat pillow. These points are me being picky but are the things that we picked up on when there. We really enjoyed our stay and the girls that were on during our stay were so helpful.
It was a great location and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean.
The pillows were rock solid and there was a bright green led light on a box on the wall near the bed that was on all night.

Great location ,across bars/restaurants/nightlife. Walking distance to attractions. Very comfy beds. Nice staff. Great view from the room.
Bathroom needed a bit attention. The garbage trucks that came in the street at 4 am were very noisy. Window wouldn't close completely.

It would be good to have a kettle, fridge and hot drink making facilities in the rooms! The TV Channels need to be available but great stay 🙂

Might be noisy on a busy weekend as room looked directly on to street with lots of bars and restaurants.
