2 night stay
Pros:

Location. Price. Cleanliness of room. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The room given had a broken door lock so we had to move. It had some wooden beams which were lovely but need a good dust. 2nd room looked out onto pipes and a brick wall but had a broken air con switch. Moved again and room was extfemely clean but bed against wall which makes it difficult to get in and out, curtain rail falling down and there was a wee in the toilet. Overall value for money and a good hotel just needs attention to detail.

Hotel is worth a stay. Would come back.
Pros:

It was close to The Cavern quarter and near shops. It’s clean and easy to check-in. It’s a listed building so understand the two lifts to get to your room. It was clean and tidy

Cons:

Facilities in the room are good. But no kettle. If you want tea/coffee you have to go to reception to buy one, then carrying hot beverages upstairs through doors and lifts. (Difficult if you have one in each hand) but for the price of the hotel what do you expect
Only get 1 pillow which is quite a flat one. I need a little more lift to sleep.

Pros:

Location was great, plenty of eateries around and easy access to everything, would stay again.

Cons:

Room wasn't cleaned ,bed wasn't made and bin wasn't emptied, bedroom door would not lock ,so put a chair against the door. Could have done with extra pillows.

Pros:

Easy to use, good location, had what was needed for an overnighter. Functional rather than fabulous, perhaps a bit spartan and no tea/coffee in room but it worked fine for that price point.

Cons:

No complaints

Clean, quiet, friendly staff and a good price
Pros:

It was clean, the shower worked, staff were friendly. It was quiet on the weekday night that I stayed. I was a bit nervous about staying after reading some of the reviews but didn’t have any issues and can’t moan for the price I paid. The info about the hotel states that the rooms do not have a kettle, but you can purchase hot drinks from reception area.

Cons:

No complaints, it’s basic but for one night and with a good price it was fine.
