Staff frequently praised as friendly, helpful and memorable (remembered guests by name); however one strong negative family experience reduces the score slightly.

Spa and hotel facilities praised and considered good value; one mention of lack of garage and otherwise generally positive amenities.

Staying in the hotel was so perfect that I hardly noticed that I am away from my home.
Pros:

The breakfast was really exceptional. Selection of food was great. And the food was delicious! The personal was kind and at most helpful in all aspects of my staying.

Cons:

I could not say that there was anything I did not like. However, the only thing that I found a bit annoying were the pillows, which were a bit too high, this is thick, for me.
