Categories

Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed comments: one review states 'Clean', but several mention shower drainage problems, hair in the drain, and 'not very clean' with only one towel. Overall slightly below average cleanliness.
Service
8.5
Generally positive: multiple notes of courteous, helpful staff, warm welcome and granted early check-in. One report of staff trying to move a guest to another building is a minor negative.
Location
9
Very positive and repeatedly highlighted: excellent proximity to the airport, highly convenient for transit and early flights (several guests cited location as the main reason to book).
Room Quality
5.8
Several complaints about very small rooms, claustrophobic feel and lack of outside visibility; walls/doors are noisy letting corridor talk through. Bed comfort noted positively but overall room quality is weak.
Amenities
6.6
Facilities described as very basic with missing bathroom items (no slippers, only one towel) and occasional drainage issues; amenities are below expectation for some guests.
Value for Money
8.2
Viewed positively: described as convenient and economical, 'decent hotel at a decent price' and suitable for transit—good value for airport-hotel needs.
Food and Beverage
6
Limited mentions: breakfast timing criticized (should be earlier) and desire for more dishes; otherwise few comments—slightly below target.
Overall Experience
8.6
Overall impression is favorable for transit travelers: convenient location, helpful staff and comfortable beds offset small rooms and some cleanliness/facility issues.

Pros:

Cons:

Heerlijke bedden, geweldig personeel en perfecte locatie

Cons:
