Pros:

Conveniently located on T2 at Mumbai airport. The check in was a breeze... Room was comfortable

Cons:

Room was a bit claustrophobic. There was an unmistakable musty smell from the moisture in the room.... that could be rectified

Maybe better idea is to spent some money on taxi and less on hotel and get to the nearest hotel outside airport
Pros:

Located in the airport, cleanness of the room, no noise at night, somebody is always at the reception

Cons:

While breakfast plates were dirty, few cockroaches were around the dishes. I didn't get one extra towel for my friend which I've asked for (booking was made for 2 persons)

Excellent stay as usual
Pros:

Excellent service from Arihant, Nityananda, and Ghanshyam. Really appreciated the porter who carried our bags up to the Departure area.

Cons:

When the booking is taken for three pax, keep the towels and toiletries ready for 3 pax and not two. Having to ask for things that should be default be present is a bit inconvenient.

That it's super accessible within terminal 2 and staff were responsive. The breakfast options were decent as well. They have hot servings from the kitchen too.

The location was convenient.

Cons:

The bedsheet had holes. They gave one towel for the three of us. The staff provided confusing instructions on where the breakfast was. The bottled water provided in the room was not mineral water and tested bitter. The breakfast tables were missing cutlery and when we asked the staff there they didn't provide the cutlery for all of us.

Pros:

Staff was pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Location is the most important USP of the place as it is convenient and one doesn't need to leave the airport till we were to be picked up by the cab for onward travel. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

Flush in the toilet was not working properly (Room 245). We had to call for help, who told that it had to be pushed in a particularly way and very very hard. He also gave some unacceptable explanation about how this is because they are dependent on airport water supply. Basically then need to repair the flush. Second, the room gave a feeling of being totally closed, crapmed and confined as there are no windows. Lastly, in the room, there is door which connects to the adjoining room. But its not marked "do not open" or something like this, so we tried to open it thinking its a cupboard. This disturbed (probably scared (:-) ) the person in the neighboring room and he called the hotel staff... a proper labelling of the door so that guest do not open it is important. Overall, the room charges seem high when compared to the size and quality of the room offerred.
