Great value and kind staff
Pros:

The location is just perfect after a long flight, and it’s got everything you need to get some rest and freshen up before continuing your journey. The breakfast buffet was also nice, and the staff were very kind.

Cons:

Overall cleanliness could be improved- but it’s India, and it wasn’t any worse than your average Indian hotel.

Overall, this was convinient and ideal for people transiting, however staff must be considerate

Location was accurate for the stay

Cons:

I booked it for my Mother who is senior Citizen landing midnight so she doesnt have to travel alone, but once she reached the hotel. She was asked information and made to wait a very long time (given she landed midnight and already tired) despite the room being prepaid.

Perfect airport layover

Ideal Transit Location: Located right inside Mumbai Airport, which completely eliminated the hassle of leaving the terminal, navigating city traffic, or re-clearing standard airport lines. It made a long layover effortless and restful for my parents.

Outstanding Hospitality: A special mention to Ratnesh, who took incredible care of my parents. He went above and beyond to provide clear flight and terminal guidance, answered all their questions patiently, and ensured their transit went smoothly. Knowing they were in such capable hands gave our whole family immense peace of mind.

Comfort & Convenience: Smooth check-in, quiet rooms for resting between flights, and unbeatable proximity to departure gates.
