Really beautiful, very friendly staff
Pros:

Beautifully designed room with outstanding view. Excellent breakfast and dinner and really nice spa.

Cons:

Everything was excellent. If you are unlucky, other guests smoke on balconies next to you, and you can smell it.

Superb.
Pros:

Everything was superb! Incredible staff and service. Amazing food and spa. The view from the pool was stunning. Everything was clean and well organized. A big thank you to Viki for the wonderful massage as well!
Would visit again for sure!

Cons:

Would be nice to have some slippers in the rooms ^^.

esperienza eccezzionale
Pros:

colazione internazionale ricca di scelta, dolce e salata, con prodotti tipici. camera con balcone su vista mozzafiato, letti con topper comodissimi. Albergo a 500 mt dal centro, comodissimo anche per la funivia. Suggestiva la piscinetta della SPA all'aperto.

Cons:

escursione termica nelle camere durante la notte: se mettevo la copertina era molto caldo, ma se la toglievo era troppo freddo.

Comodo e vista stupenda, ma migliorabile su tanti aspetti
Pros:

La posizione è fantastica: comoda al centro del paese, alla funivia e la vista è spettacolare sulle Pale.

Cons:

La presenza della moquette nella camera la rende poco igienica, da una struttura che vuole la cuffia in piscina x motivi igienici ci si aspetta che non ci sia poi la moquette in camera.
Stanza un po' piccolina e il parcheggio interno non proprio comodo al rientro in camera in quanto si passa nei "sotterranei" dell' hotel con poche indicazioni per raggiungere la hall.

Che vista!
Pros:

La vista spettacolare sulle Pale, il personale molto attento e gentile, la posizione non è centrale ma molto vicina al centro
La splendida Piscina e SPA, un' oasi di benessere e relax con vista Pale
Una scelta molto ampia per la colazione

Cons:

Premetto che anche la cena era buona ma qualche volta il cibo era un po' troppo tiepido

La spa è molto bella, con tante possibilità. Vista dalle camere mozzafiato, posizione ottima per raggiungere diverse escursioni. La colazione a buffet molto fornita con possibilità di scelte senza glutine ( molto apprezzate). Staff sempre disponibile e accogliente

ottima esperienza hotel eccezionale.
Pros:

Camere molto belle letti comodi molto pulite e dotate di tutto il necessario. Spa con piscina riscaldata idromassaggio sauna percorso benessere molto bello. Ottima vista sia dalla camera che dalla piscina. Colazione molto varia prodotti di qualità ottimo sia il dolce che il salato. Pane fresco ogni mattina.
Veramente consigliato.

Oltre al ristorante che è stato superlativo la Spa ha superato ogni aspettativa: due bagni turchi, una sauna, le doccie emozionali, la piscina interna ed esterna.

The most perfect honeymoon hotel and amazing staff!
Pros:

It was a perfect location with unobstructed views of the Dolomites. The pool was beautiful! We stayed here for our honeymoon before heading on the Palaronda trek. They were so nice and accommodating and even let us store our bags during the trek. We also had an issue with our car and they helped us to find a driver to take us all the way to our next destination 5 hours away. I can’t say enough about how helpful the staff here is. Also the breakfast is amazing!
