This place is a little gem right in the heart of the palace. Staff couldn't do enough for you.

Location, location, location! And the staff were amazing & helpful.

This hotel is wonderful! We were met at parking and helped through the old town by Ante who then filled us in on the secrets of Split. (The very short walk from the parking was our first chance to experience this amazing place.) Our room was small, but well thought out and immaculate. The breakfast is lovely and there are local treats (including local liqueurs) available at all times. They even share a little guide to the top places to see in Split. So very glad we stayed here.

La chambre était très belle, le lit très confortable, le personnel très prévenant, le petit déjeuner très bien. Mais c'est surtout le cadre exceptionnel de la vielle ville, et la vue du campanile et du coeur du Palais depuis la chambre, qui nous ont marqué.

From start to finish, our three night stay was magical. Julianna rescued us the start when our Uber driver dropped us at the parking area and we couldn’t find our way to the hotel. At the end Jan was very helpful in advising where was a good place to pick up our Uber. In the middle was Ante who was a font of all knowledge and great conversation over breakfast. Learning about Croatia’s love of Only Fools and Horses was wonderful! The room itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was delicious and the 24 hour access to drinks was so convenient. And two types of anchovy at breakfast was a personal favourite. This is a special place with special staff. The little gift and card was a wonderful touch. Please keep doing what you do.

What an amazing property! Right in the heart of Dicletians Palace. From the warm welcome by Anté, his demeanor and welcome are us feel at home! He helped us carry our suitcases and was super super helpful in letting us know what to do, where to eat, what to explore in Split! It was his city!

We loved our stay here at Heritage Split!

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is in a nice quiet area just behind the peristyle and has two quality restaurants just outside its door. The room was comfortable, the breakfasts were good, but most of all the staff were fantastic. They went out of their way to make us feel at home including providing us with a take away breakfast and beach towels for our early morning all day boat outing. They also provided some great restaurant recommendations and were a wealth of knowledge on all things Croatian.

The location was fabulous, being in Diocletian’s palace walls & this lovely historic part of the old town.
The staff were all so friendly & helpful, they couldn’t do enough for us.
Breakfast was delicious and lovely to have a choice of different eggs and pancakes cooked to order each morning alongside the continental selection.
The room was very clean and aesthetically pleasing with comfortable beds & a nice selection of toiletries.
Loved the selection of teas, coffees, juices, liqueurs & food which were available to help yourself to in reception each day.
Booked this hotel after seeing all of the previous positive reviews and it certainly lived up to its reputation. My 10 year old and I were made to feel very welcome and at home.

It's a boutique hotel located here close to main attractions in the historic center of Split while still being tucked away in a corner away from tourist traffic. The staff at the hotel were amazing - caring for every guests needs - they went above and beyond and made the stay truly memorable. Very clean hotel , they have made use of the space really well to offer all amenities. It was a great experience and highly recommend it.
