Emplacement - au cœur du palais - magnifique et le personnel était super sympa et nous ont aidé beaucoup . Ante était génial. Accueil très personnalisé et de super conseil pour les visites
El hotel esta dentro del palacio de Dioclesiano por lo que es una zona peatonal. Para llegar hay que caminar y subor escaleras y no tiene ascensor. De todas formas el personal te busca por la puerta del palacio y llevan las valijas y las suben. Sinceramente un servicio excelente, Anton fue muy amable y calido. un placer nuestra estancia. Es un hotel chiquito pero las habitaciones tienen un muy buen tamaño. lo super recomiendo.
El lugar para desayunar es muy chiquito y es como en un patio pero al estar en el casco historico no se puede pedir mas.
Very helpful staff, great locatoon
La ubicación realmente es excelente, la amabilidad del personal, nos ayudaron con el equipaje en cada momento, nos ofrecieron parking con coste de 30€ por día que aunque el coste es bastante elevado está muy cerca del hotel, el desayuno es bastante completo y de calidad y durante todo el día puedes tomar, zumos, tés, capuchinos etc.

A truly wonderful hotel. The rooms are very clean and a great mix of new combined with elements of the original palace. The location can’t be beat - right in the heart of the palace, yet the rooms are very quiet thanks to the double pane windows.
Daily breakfast is a treat, with both a buffet and cooked to order items.
The real stand out of this hotel though is the staff and the service. Everyone we encounter is friendly and efficient and work hard to make your stay the best it can be. Thankfully, we are coming back here again soon. We are looking forward to it. I would give the hotel 6 stars if I could.
Nothing
We were met at the designated parking spot and accompanied to the hotel, so no stress trying to find it. The hotel was in the best position. Breakfast was superb with different home made dishes each day. Drinks , cakes and fruit were left out all day for you to help yourselves. The room was quiet, comfortable and cool (we were there during a heatwave).
Everything about this hotel was impressive - check in , breakfast, room, friendly staff, location. Everything faultless.

Y por poner un pero, totalmente estupido: al ser un edificio antiguo tiene algunas escaleras.

Very well placed for exploring Split. Breakfast was good quality and more choice than we expected. The staff are very friendly and helpful-Ante and Ana were fantastic. Would recommend.
The location was superb, the staff went out of their way to welcome us and to look after us.
Fabulous location, right in the heart of the old town. The staff especially Ante and Ana were exceptionally helpful. We appreciated being met at the bus station on arrival.
