和食レストランで朝食をとっている時、初老の客が携帯電話で大きな声を出して会話を始めた。静かに良い雰囲気で朝食を取っていたが、その事でレストランの雰囲気が壊れたのを感じた。 数回の電話のあとレストランのマネージャーの方がスマートに注意をされて、その後は雰囲気が戻った。丁寧に対応されていたマネージャーの方をみて、当たり前ではなく勇気のいる対応だと思った。 心地よくレストランを出ることができて、マネージャーの方に感謝でした。

新しくはないですがビジネスホテルにはない優雅さがあります！

ホテルマン、ホテルウーマンの方々の接客や対応はさすがに老舗のホテルだと思いました。
浴室が洗い場があり浴槽も広すぎるぐらいで快適でした。

O hotel é bastante agradável, espaçoso e limpo. A equipe é muito atenciosa, gostamos bastante. Fica numa localização excelente, dá para fazer muita coisa a pé, mesmo durante a noite.
