Pros:

Mit der Gästekarte Luzern, die man für die Dauer des Aufenthalts erhält, kann man den Bus kostenlos nutzen. Mit diesem kann man unkompliziert innerhalb von 10 Minuten direkt in die Innenstadt fahren.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist nicht besetzt. Zwar kann man den Online Check In unkompliziert allein vornehmen, aber bei Fragen wäre es schön, jemanden direkt erreichen zu können - v.a. weil auf der Website immer wieder auf die Rezeption verwiesen wurde.
Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet wirklich nur die Basics.
Die Schiebetür des Bads schließt nicht.

Sehr angenehm und ruhig.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, sauber und geräumig. Ein Kühlschrank fehlte, aber es gab zum Glück auf dem Flur einen, den ich nutzen konnte.

Cons:

Parkplätze waren teilweise eng und der Hof nicht beleuchtet, so dass es etwas schwierig war, im Dunkeln mit dem Koffer den Weg zu finden. Frühstück SA für mich zu spät. Kaffeemaschine im Flur ohne Becher.

Booked last minute, hence very expensive. Quality could have been better for that price.

Cons:

The room was a bit dusty, spider nets here and there. Sewer smell, stagnant water in the room. The suite was big and comfortable but not easily reachable- okay for young people, not okay for people who can’t walk up the stairs/toddlers/ strollers. Breakfast was nice, but the tables were not prepared, no table coats, no minimum service, just sugar and small bin. A paper coat would have been much appreciated.

Hôtel proche du stade. Fenêtres bien insonorisées. Petit déjeuner très bon même si pas de scrambled eggs.

Cons:

Accueil sans personnel, il vaut mieux bien connaître l'informatique. Chambre sans bouteille d'eau, produit de corps pour Madame, sans bouilloire et pour le prix d'une nuit, cela devient cher. Climatiseur bruyant.

Eine angenehme Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, wenn man die Stadt und Umgebung kennenlernen möchte.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war geräumig, das Frühstück war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Auch die Müsli-Möglichkeiten waren angenehm zu nutzen. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Haus, die Bushaltestelle nicht weit vom Hotel entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Blick auf die Berge und die Landschaft. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr schmackhaft und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Check-In und Check-Out waren etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wir haben es vollbracht.
