Die Ausstattung des Hotels hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch das hoteleigene Restaurant war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider ist das WLAN schon mehrere Tage vor unserer Anreise ausgefallen und wurde auch nicht behoben. Was jedoch noch enttäuschender war, ist das Frühstück. Es gab keine Ei-Varianten (Rührei, Spiegelei, etc.). Das Frühstücksei musste man sich selber kochen. Ebenso fehlten Joghurt und Quark, obwohl es passende Cerealien gegeben hätte. Tja, ist nicht geliefert worden war dann die Aussage der Mitarbeiterin. Das war dann leider nicht, was man von einem schweizer Hotel in der Preislage erwarten würde.

Sehr gutes Hotel um Luzern oder die Umgebung zu entdecken.
Pros:

Top Lage zu Luzern. Sehr gute Busverbindung, fast vor der Türe. Sehr sauber. Renovierte Zimmer. Super Frühstück.

Hotel vlakbij Luzern.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was niet heel uitgebreid, maar wel voldoende. Het hotel was vlak tegen de bushalte en op 15 minuten was je in het centrum van Luzern. Kamers waren proper. Vriendelijke gastvrouw.

Cons:

Luidruchtige airco. Veel lawaai op de gang. Geen WiFi wegens technisch probleem. Geen ijskast op de kamer.

Close to Lucern Train Station
Pros:

The hotel is just 1–2 minutes from bus #20 stop, which goes to Lucerne Train Station—an important convenience since taxis are expensive in Switzerland. The breakfast attendant was excellent: hardworking, attentive, and always on top of her duties.

Cons:

It would be beneficial to offer at least one new breakfast item, particularly for guests staying multiple nights.

Pas top je n’ai pas réussi à m endormir a cause d’un sifflement

Emplacement, et tout le reste.

Cons:

La Clim fait un bruit horrible et même éteint, il y a eu un sifflement d’un appareil électrique toute la nuit qui m a complètement empêché de dormir, de plus le lit était à mon goût bcp trop mou avec un sommier bon à changer + un wifi qui n’a pas fonctionné ce qui nous a obligé à prendre une option 4g chez notre opérateur français. Au final avec le bruit j’ai fais une insomnie et je n’ai pu dormir que 3h

Uncomfortable and unable to sleep, with no staff either onsite or on the phone able to help provide relief.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. Although we were told it was working properly, the room was extremely hot and uncomfortable. We had to keep the windows open just to get some airflow, which wasn’t ideal. We requested additional fans multiple times, but were repeatedly told none were available.

The room layout was also not family-friendly. We were traveling with teenagers, and the main bedroom had a bathtub in the middle of the room, while the shower had glass offering very little privacy. It was an awkward setup for a family.

The hotel’s location was convenient, as it wasn’t too far from the train station, and the breakfast was good. Unfortunately, those positives did not make up for the lack of customer service and the uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

If getting a good night’s sleep is important to you, I would not recommend staying here.

Nice stay in quiet a quiet area close to downtown

I liked that it was in a quiet area and that the check-in was really easy.

There were little mold stains in our room and it smelled damp.
