Pros:

Helles großes Zimmer, viele Parkplätze, Frühstücksbuffet in Ordnung. Selbst Check in und Check out einfach zu erledigen. Zimmer gut lärmisoliert.

Cons:

Trotz Klimaanlage warm im Zimmer. Viel Strassenlärm sobald Balkontür offen. Viel befahrene Straße. Weit entfernt von den Sehenswürdigkeiten von Luzern (zB Kapellbrücke 45 Minuten zu Fuß).

Kahvaltısı, bahçesi, otelin temizliği, lokasyonu zaten fazlasıyla yeterli, 24 saat ücretsiz çay/kahve ikramı olması çok avantajlıydı. Güleryüzlü hizmet, açık büfe kahvaltı…
450m mesafede luzern merkeze giden tren istasyonu mevcut, visitor kart verdikleri için ücretsiz kullanabiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Odadaki klima normalden fazla ses yapıyordu, fanında bir arıza olduğu belliydi.

We would highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

This hotel was lovely. We had a nice airy room and the view was wonderful. There was a good choice for breakfast too. There was also free coffee and tea available which was a nice bonus.

Cons:

I don’t really have any negatives to add other than we would have liked more pillows.

Parking privé

Cons:

Auto check-in. Chambre petite. De la poussière et des toiles de poussière dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner moyen. Petit déjeuner à 8 h le WE... c'est tard. A 8h tout le monde arrive et il n'y a plus de place pour s'assoir.

So close to French speaking CH and I could not find one TV channel in French next to the nearly 60 in German
