O café da manhã era bem sortido e gostoso. O hotel é muito bem localizado. A equipe sempre muito cordial e profissional. É um hotel moderno, limpo, que funciona bem.
Na Suíça é comum os hotéis oferecerem duvets em vez de lençóis. Porém, como a maioria deles incluindo este não tem ar condicionado nos quartos, o duvet, por mais leve que seja, faz você morrer de calor de noite. Eu acordava suado no meio da noite, mas se tirava o duvet ficava com frio. Então sinto falta dos antigos lençóis com opção de uma manta por cima; ou então, que instalem ares condicionados nos quartos.
I had a very pleasant stay at NH Bern The Bristol. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Bern.
The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was also very happy that they allowed me to check in early when my room was ready, which was greatly appreciated after travelling.
The room had all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the shower because the water pressure was strong and the shower was very refreshing.
I also tried the paid breakfast and found it to be good, with a nice selection of both hot and cold food. However, the breakfast area has limited seating, so I would recommend booking your breakfast in advance.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would be happy to stay here again when visiting Bern.

The room was so small that it's good for one person. The sink and the shower in the bathroom were so small, that made us feel like we were on a cruise ship.
Very clean and spacious. Great view from our window - 5th floor. Front desk people were friendly and helpful in English for us. The room was very dark and cool for sleeping and quiet. The soundproofing was remarkable. We could hear street noise with the window open but completely quiet when closed. The AC system was very quiet and efficient.
