Sehr gute Lage, schön eingerichtet, komfortabel und netter Empfang, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Restaurant und Bar
Pros:

Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut innerhalb von Bern, ist auch in einer eher ruhigeren Strasse gelegen und es hat nachts nicht so viel Lärm. Tagsüber ist man schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Hotel ist ungewöhnlich ausgestattet, eher wie ein Boutique Hotel und es macht es recht interessant. Das Hotel Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Restaurant beziehungsweise die Bar war nicht immer für alle geöffnet, für Hotel-Gäste schon, aber man stellte sich die Frage, ob man wirklich willkommen war oder ob das Personal nicht gerne früh Feierabend machen wollte. Somit sind wir dann eher zu anderen Restaurants oder Bars gegangen.

This hotel is in no way 4 star when compared to 4 star hotels in other countries. 3 star max.
Pros:

All staff were courteous and helpful.

Cons:

Location is extremely noisy from passing traffic. Reception is small and dingy. The double room was very small.

Pros:

‏الموقع ممتاز قريب من كل شيء تقريبا.
التنظيف جيد جدا.
الموظفين تعاملهم جيد.

Cons:

اذا اردت ان تحجز في الصيف وتحتاج الى مكيف فلا انصح ابدا المكيف ضعيف جدا ولا يقوم بالتبريد وعلى درجة حراره معينه حسب البروتوكول عندهم.
الفطور بحاجة الى تحسين وتنوع الخيارات.
السرير غير مريح ولمن عندهم اصابات او الام في الظهر بحاجة الى ماترس فوم.
