Oui, c’est très bien situé, l’accueil était top, le personnel au petit déjeuner était hyper sympa

Es hat uns gefallen und wir werden das Hotel weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.
Super leckeres Frühstück.
Sehr zentral gelegen.
Sehr sauber.
Getränkegutschein, wenn man Zimmerreinigung nicht beansprucht.

Cons:

Das Ausziehsofa war schlechte Qualität, dünne Matratze und darum sehr unbequem sogar für Kinder ungeeignet.
Fenster kann in der Nacht nicht geöffnet werden, weil es sehr laut ist in der Strasse.

Close to train, easy to walk the city and find our way around.
Pros:

The staff were very cordial and helpful. Clean and quiet room. Not exactly charming- more like a business hotel but that was okay. I can't remember much about the room.

Cons:

Something that would make me remember my stay- charm? It had all the things you would expect and that is great but I think it was a little small? I really remember how nice the staff was- very, very helpful, easy to talk to and ask questions.

Pros:

Excellent hotel with a great location and a very friendly, professional staff. The team was always helpful and made the stay comfortable from check-in to check-out.

The breakfast selection was fairly standard, but it was fresh, well-prepared, and offered enough variety to start the day pleasantly.

The rooms, facilities, and overall cleanliness met expectations, and everything was well maintained. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Should have stayed in Bern longer…..in this hotel!
Pros:

All staff were lovely, great location and in great condition

Cons:

Plans only allowed us to stay one one night. Couldn’t close the plug in the bathroom sink.
