No AC. Dirty. No towels. No beddings.

We were told we had a later check out time do to our room not being ready when we came at check in time. When we came back to our room to get our stuff to check out our card key didn't work to get back in our hotel room and there was no one at reception desk. So we had to wait until someone came back to the desk. 15 min.

Also the AC was not working our whole stay. Which made it very uncomfortable and we couldn't sleep. It was 85-86 degrees in our room. I emailed them and attached a picture of the room temperature on the AC thermostat setter for some accommodations. No response.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I walked in and the air conditioning wasn't on, making the room very uncomfortable. The property was dirty, unprofessional, and clearly not well maintained. There were crumbs left in the room, stains on the sofa bed, and the electrical setup was dangerously close to the water, making it feel unsafe to use. The pillows were extremely stiff and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The location did not match the photos. The room was extremely dirty and smelled really bad as well as the AC being broken, it was unbearable to stay there. As we approached the room the door was open with the side of the door looking tampered with. We left the hotel and the front desk said they will not give us a refund. We probably spent less than 20 minutes in that room.

We checked in and we're not told that the air conditioning was broken. We got into the rooms and the temperature said 84° in one room at 83° in the other. I discussed this with thr front desk and was then told that it has been broken for "a few days " and it "should be fixed by this afternoon ". Had they told me this at check in, I wouldn't have agreed to the rooms. I am traveling with an infant who is still in the window for the risk of SIDS and the heat, with zero airflow, would have been a recipe for disaster. I let the desk know that if it wasn't fixed by the time we got back from dinner, site seeing, etc. that we wouldn't be staying there. They assure me that the engineer was coming. Side note, the lobby was perfectly cool with working AC.
We returned and it still wasn't working. We asked for a refund and was told the most they could do was a 40%. Nothing hires without management approval. Management was not in house that day. We were given an

Do not stay here! Upon arrival (2pm Sunday) we were informed the AC on our floor was not working, but were reassured that it was being worked on and would be back up and running by the time we returned from our concert. The thermostat in our room wasn’t even showing temperatures but it had to easily be 90 degrees as we got ready to go. We had 2 small throw pillows on our bed that were DIRTY & no towels were provided to our room either. We returned at 11:30pm to the problem not being resolved. We tried to tough it out but the room was simply too hot to stay in or get any sleep. We went back to the front desk at 2:30am, the man was very rude to us and refused to move our room (as the AC was working on the 1st and 3rd floor) would not provide a fan or any type of compensation. we then decided to check out and leave the city in the middle of the night. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. customer service was HORRIBLE.

The AC broke and they refused to help and just basically told if to suffer when the room got close to 90 degrees. Unbearable. Worst stay

The room was a bit 'shabby' with a broken table, broken curtain rail and no bedding provided for the sofa bed on arrival or enough towels for 3 people.

The elevator kept creaking and moving even after it full stopping.

The linens were really old, they smelled like body odor and had some holes and stains but they had also def been washed so I dunno what was up there - and the towels shed fibers everywhere. The toilet wasn't working properly - it would keep draining and you'd have to manually fix it after each use; the floor was oddly oily even though the room had been well cleaned and the walls are super thin and maybe it was the weekend I was there but it was loud in the early morning.
