Pros:

とにかく、朝食が豪華!!
ラウンジでアルコールやソフトドリンクのおもてなし、おつまみのセンスも抜群!!
お風呂は清潔感あり。

Cons:

部屋のカーペットの汚れが気になりました。枕がもうすこしかためがよい。

期待値高すぎた
Pros:

・女性のお風呂がかなり広々としていた
・朝食ビュッフェの種類の多さと美味しさ

Cons:

前提として、インスタ等で前評判がかなり良かったので、期待値が高かった
・施設内の古さ
　絨毯などのシミが目立つ
・室内の引き出しを開けたら、インフォメーションが入っていたが、それに食べかすが付いたままだった。
見えないところは清掃をしていない印象を持ってしまった。
・Wi-Fiを使うには会員登録が必要、且つ日本がかなり下にあり、せめてアルファベット順にしておいて欲しい
電波の通りずらい場所にあるのに、会員登録しないといけないのは不親切
・12階のラウンジで食べ飲みが自由にできるが、この品揃えであれば、フリーになっていて嬉しいというレベルのものではない
他社のオールインクルーシブのホテルとは、見劣りする

バイキングが楽しい。宣材写真は新しく見え、綺麗なところかなと思っていたけど、改装が中途半端だと感じた。(改装したかは知らないけれど)

ロケーション抜群で、リフレッシュできました。
Pros:

ロケーションが抜群でした。
また施設で使用できるレンタサイクルや、ラウンジ、大浴場も大変よかったです。
ロビーにある漫画の部屋は子供が喜んでいました。
部屋の広さもベッドもよかったです。
朝食のバイキングも今までで一番と言っていいほど種類が豊富でしたし、美味しかったです。

Cons:

部屋の雰囲気は概ねよかったのですが、ユニットバスのバスルームと洗面所が少し古さを感じましたし、狭かったです。
またエレベーターが大変混雑しており、特に夕方夕食や大浴場に皆んなが行く時間には、
なかなかエレベーターが来なかったり、来ても満員で乗れずにやり過ごすということが何度かありました。
3台のエレベーターがあるのですが、うまく制御されていない様でした。

スタッフの対応が良く。建物もフロアの調度品も高級感と落ち着きがあってリラックスできた。

建物自体は年数が経っており、手入れはしっかりしていたけど、部屋の洗面所や内風呂の設置なと経験を感じされる

Good value and excellent evening meal
Pros:

Stayed with a friend to escape some of the summer heat up the mountain. We had the evening buffet meal and it was great - all you can eat and drink, with a lot of options and some high quality dishes, we really enjoyed it.

Cons:

Carpets and fittings are worn in places.
