温泉と健康ドリンクで整いました！
Pros:

駐車場が平置きで、TOBIOまでのアクセスが良かった。温泉がよかった。ドリンクサービスが大変充実していた。

Cons:

窓ぎわに小さい羽虫がたくさん死んでいたこと。

素泊まりはお値打ち。
Pros:

ラウンドで無料のアルコールがゆっくり飲めました。

Cons:

外食に出て少し遊んで帰って来たので大浴場の時間に合わなかった。
12時くらいまでは入れるようにして欲しい。

Pros:

スタッフなどの人員の対応はとても丁寧だった

Cons:

エグゼクティブラウンジに子供が入場可能なのがとても残念だった。
うるさくてゆっくりウイスキーなどを楽しむとはとてもではないが出来なかった。

ゆっくりのんびりリラックス😊
Pros:

フロントスタッフの対応が素敵でした。笑顔で丁寧に対応してくださったので、気持ちよくチェックインできました。

Cons:

他の地域のメルキュールリゾート&スパの方が食事のレベルが高いと感じました（八ヶ岳は最高！）地産地消のメニューがもっとあって良さそうだし、品数も少ないと思いました。今後に期待します。

Pros:

食事も温泉も充実してましてとても満足でした

食事の時のアルコールも飲み放題ですし、温泉の後のラウンジでもアルコールも無料なので、とても満足です。
また是非とも、泊まりにきたいです

Out of the way gem.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic onsen. This place is a little out of the way but we had a car, so no problem for us to get there and drive the short distance into town. Heaps of free parking. Very large room with view from large window. We only stayed one night driving from Kyoto to Fujisawa. We agreed we would stay 3 nights next time.

Cons:

Breakfast was expensive for budget conscious travellers like us but we just did the easy drive into town and were swamped for choices.
