Rien de particulier, hôtel assez impersonnel, sans grand intérêt

Cons:

La moquette pas très propre, le prix du dîner absolument exagéré et en une seule formule, plus cher que le prix de la nuit d'hôtel pour 2 personnes

楽しい旅行になりましたよ こ

飲み物、食べ物豊富で楽しめました。

Cons:

ドリンクをこぼしたお客様がいてその対応時に他のお子様が気にも留めずに濡れた床を歩いてコケていました。

気にも留めないお子様が悪いのですが、応急的に柵を設置して通る事ができないようにすれば未然に防げたのではないかと思いました。
コケた子供の親がコケた子供の事を気にせず床を必死に拭いているスタッフに怒っていましたが
子供から目を離さず一緒に取りに行き子供の安全を確保して楽しめるようにするという行動を取れば子供も泣かないですむし辛い思いをしなくて済むと思います。

混雑時のビュッフェは列の乱れ等トラブルが沢山あると思います。
お子様から目を離さないように一緒に取りに行ってください等声をかけて注意喚起をされたら少しだけでもスタッフ様もお客様もスムーズにいくのかなぁと遠目で見ていて思いました。
いぞがしくされている時にあれだけ怒り狂う発言をされるお客様もどうかとは思いましたがね。
スタッフの方々は、気の毒でした。


後カードキーの後ろのQRコードが読み込めませんでした。
何か別の案内の方が良いのかとおもいました。

ゆったりな時間をありがとう
Pros:

別室に食事出来るところがあり、混雑せずにゆったりと食事しました。
また、飲み物も充実していて、大変良かったです。
今回の旅は、ゆっくりするが目的だったので凄くマッチングしました。
ありがとうございました。

サウナ室が少し狭かったので、座りにくい感じがしました。
Wi-Fiの接続方法がわかるチラシがあればと思いました。
