Extremely disappointing…
Pros:

The check-out process was easy.

Cons:

Walking up to the hotel entrance; other guests who were entering saw me and quickly put on masks.
Then I entered the hotel and lined up for about 15 minutes to check-in; once again when people saw me in the line - they all masked up.
As a result of this discrimination; I opted to not go to the onsen at all during my stay. I have stayed here three times in the past and this was very concerning.
This stay was on 1 July 2026 - they really need to get with the times - absolutely embarrassing. Just make the hotel JAPANESE ONLY and get it over with - I did not feel welcomed at all; little did people know that I was staying in the region for work the following day….
Moreover, I did not appreciate being stalked by a lady who was sitting in the foyer. I was walking out of the hotel to leave the establishment to the LOCALS when this lady ran out of the hotel and stated that she needs to ask me some questions. She does not work for the hotel and from what I could gather - works for the local tourist bureau. I am not even sure the hotel knew of her presence - it was not a good experience at all.
Unfortunately, I will never return even though I frequent the area.

Pros:

10階に宿泊しましたが、琵琶湖を一望できるロケーションは最高です。

Cons:

ビュッフェの内容は、決して金額に見合ってないですね…
いろいろと飲み放題なのはいいけど、コスパがいいとは言えない。
子ども連れが大勢いて、食事する場所に遊ぶ施設があり、うるさすぎて落ち着いて過ごすホテルではないです。

ﾎﾃﾙは最高でした。旅行そのものは天気に恵まれず残念でしたが、これはﾎﾃﾙのせいではありません。
Pros:

①　当日の受け入れ客数に余裕があったのか、到着時に部屋がｸﾞﾚｰﾄﾞｱｯﾌﾟされていた。
②　無料のｳｪﾙｶﾑﾄﾞﾘﾝｸが提供された。13Fの展望室で楽しませていただいた。
③　夕食･朝食ともﾋﾞｭｯﾌｪ形式だったが、質･量とも十分満足がいくものだった。
④　出発時、送迎バスを待たずに早めに出発しようとしたが、大雨でJR運行停止の影響もあり、ﾀｸｼｰ探しが難航した。しかしﾌﾛｱｽﾀｯﾌの方(名札を拝見するのを忘れました。すいません)が親身になって相談に乗ってくれ、その方のｱﾄﾞﾊﾞｲｽもあって短時間でﾀｸｼｰを確保できた。

Cons:

敢えて言えば、ﾎﾃﾙ近辺に夕食(事前には申込みをしていなかった)を摂れるような施設が無かったこと。台風接近&大雨の状況だったので、長浜の街に出るのを諦めて急遽夕食を申し込んだが、値段を聞いた時にはやや高く感じたこと。実際には値段に見合う内容で満足できました。
