料理の種類が多く、オールインクル
ーシブであること。
また、夏季でプールが利用できること。

Cons:

火災報知器が誤作動し、避難を余儀なくされたが、誤報であったのにかかわらず、上位の方から説明も謝罪も無かった。孫二人は、震えて泣いてしまい、帰宅しても昨夜は、状況を思い出して寝付けなかった。
また、チェックアウトの際にも、説明も無かった。
単なる避難訓練ではないので、きちんとした対応をお願いしたい。

めちゃくちゃ景色が良かった！
外観が綺麗だった！
スタッフさんは笑顔で素敵でした

Cons:

海外のお客さんが多かった為だとは思うのですがレストラン横のトイレがすごくゴミがすごくてビックリしました。あんなに汚かったらトイレ行けない…

駐車場からとっても遠くて荷物と子ども抱えてはハードでした

Pros:

海の正面で海が見えるのは良かった。

Cons:

施設が古い。部屋の設備も悪く、快適性に欠ける。
またブッフェのメニューもクオリティが低い。売りに出しているからもっといいものが食べられると思ったら、安いバイキングを食べに行ってるような印象。

バイキングの料理の種類が豊富で良かった

Cons:

エレベーターが3台あるが6階で待つと必ずと言って良いくらい13階まで上がって６階に来るので宿泊客が多いと乗れない。
廊下のカーペットのシミが目だった
