Pros:

バイキングの料理の種類が豊富で良かった

Cons:

エレベーターが3台あるが6階で待つと必ずと言って良いくらい13階まで上がって６階に来るので宿泊客が多いと乗れない。
廊下のカーペットのシミが目だった

来て良かったと家族が言ってくれて良かった。

ゆったりと過ごせて気持ち良く過ごせました。
Pros:

入浴時にも不便はないし、脱衣場の温度も良かった。食事会場も良かったと思います。

Cons:

食事会場にスタッフが少ないから訪ねることがままならないのが少し。改善するには、箸とかフォークとかの配置を何箇所かに置くとスムーズに回れるかと思う。他の食器は何箇所にも置いてあるから、他の方もウロウロされていて、やっぱり箸を探しておられた。

Pros:

オールインクルーシブも食事も満足！大浴場も清潔でしたし、コインランドリーがあるのも助かりました！水着がなくプールに入れなかったので、次回は水着も持ってきて満喫したいと思います。

露天風呂に大きいムカデがいたので、子供たちがびっくりして外に出られなかったので、それくらいです。

We love the food and the room, but I would pick a different hotel next if we don't have our own car.
Pros:

We love the food there and the room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

The hotel offered a snack bar but there were too many people and too crowded.
The location was far away from the train station and they don't have much shuttle to take us back to the station, we had to take a tax and it costed about 5,000 yen, they should increase the number of shuttle services.

Pros:

ラウンジがただで楽しめて良かった！

Cons:

ラウンジ近くにあったキッズスペースに土足で入っている宿泊客が多く、それを注意する訳でもなく残念だった。
2泊だったがビュッフェの内容が変わらずだったので残念だった。
