Chambre vétuste mais bon emplacement géographique

Das Bett war zu hart für mich - deshalb hab ich schlecht geschlafen.
Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Kindergeschrei von anderen Etagen hörbar. Stühle rücken über und neben meinem Zimmer erzeugt sehr laute Geräusche.
Die Kontrolle beim Auschecken: "Bitte warten sie bis wir das Zimmer überprüft haben". Da haben sie mich sogar bei der Ausfahrt aus der Garage noch aufgehalten bis geprüft war!

Bữa ăn sáng ok, nhân viên nhiệt tình

Tiện nghi chưa được ok lắm, ti vi như chỉ để trưng bày không xem được các kênh, trang trí phòng giống như trên hình QC phòng thì cũng được nhưng phòng mình lưu trú chỗ thoát nước NVS không có nắp đậy

Администраторы данного отеля , особенно высокий мужик с круглой рожай ,огромный для вьетнамцев администратор не знаем его имени и не желаем знать - хамло!!!. Когда гости обращаются ему за помощью , он хамит ,размахивая руками со знаком обозначающими пошли отсюда или вымогает деньги . Просто тварь такая 😡Мы наблюдали такую картину с другими гостями ,пока не оказались сами в такой же ситуации . Очень печально ,что отель так испортился с прошлого года , если бы мы об этом знали ,то мы бы в этот отель не приехали . Отпуск испорчен

Cons:

Не понравился персонал на ресепшене , хамят,не идут на встречу гостям ,не решают проблему с продлением пребывания в номере , хотя номер забронирован нами за следующие сутки .Отказались взять оплату за половину дня .Требуют оплату за полные сутки . В прошлом году не было таких проблем в аналогичной ситуации . Администрация отеля дела все возможное для пребывания гостей в отеле .😡 В году условия пребывания в отеле оставили негативное впечатления . Данный отель не рекомендую для отдыха, чтобы не себе отпуск !!!!!

Một kì nghỉ trọn vẹn
Pros:

Khách sạn có vị trí rất đẹp, mình thuê phòng ở tầng 14 view hướng biển có ban công cực kỳ thoáng và ngắm bình minh hay hoàng hôn đều rất ấn tượng. Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ, không gian yên tĩnh nên cả gia đình mình có kỳ nghỉ rất thoải mái.

Đặc biệt cảm ơn bạn Quốc Kiệt đã tư vấn rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ chu đáo. Bạn luôn giải đáp mọi thắc mắc nhanh chóng, thân thiện và giúp gia đình mình có trải nghiệm trọn vẹn hơn.
