Room adequate for a short stay as we are hardly there....if only you had nicer staff who were helpfi

On the day of arrival popcorn was all over the floor ....there was an open bag of popcorn....there were wild children staying the apartment next door who were extremely badly behaved...have a feeling they could have done yhis while the cleaner was cleaning

Cons:

It was so dark and gloomy.....dirty cushions on the bed....the staff at reception are always so unfriendly and unaccomadting....they hate giving any supplies of washing detergent etc and often say they do not have any, We have stayed twice as our children live close by....Thev staff are wwhat puts us off most of all.

Pros:

The apartment was clean and functional. The little treats were generous. The quality of the tea bags not so good. It provided everything we needed. The very best thing - the staff at reception - super professional; very welcoming and helpful across the stay.
