Bangkok Experience
Pros:

-On the main road
- breakfast opens early, at 6.

Cons:

-"after checking in I was assigned room 706 but it was without power/electr8city. Room was changed to 811 but after entering the room, I was told it had assigned to another customer.
Again room change and finally assigned room 1007. After a long flight this was really frustrating and unexpected
- expected good quality of customer service.
- when asked for extra bottle of water, I was told I had to pay Baht 35, which was shocking to me.
I stayed in many 5- star hotel in various countries but never experienced this.

Pros:

They asked me 2000 Thai Bhat at 10 AM morning as earlier check in.

Room was available and ready and i have to wait in the lobby to check in at 12 PM. I was having long international flight.

Cons:

Out from downtown and basic services are very far.

The staff were so kind and always helpful. The room was clean and comfortable

Cons:

I had to change my room because of the air conditioner. The location is not that great but the muslim friendly neighbourhood is worthy. The worst part for me was the constant ants. There are a lot of ants in the rooms so you can’t let any food, any crumb or else a hundred ants will appear but it’s the same everywhere in Thailand so I don’t know if they can do something about it …
