Just find other option, don’t use this hotel

Nothing

Cons:

Too many mosquitoes, Staff were not helpful. No basic amenities like water/coffee in the lounge area (unless you pay for it) Smelly and dirty rooms. Basic hygiene stuff were not available. Bathroom would randomly get locked, room and bed were small, not suitable for more than 2 people, not even child. Transport options they provide is way too expensive then outside options. not even in a good location from everything else.

Great Staff, great hotel!
Pros:

Staff at the hotel are amazing, always helpful.
Name a few Fattah, Chikka, Noorudeen, Imel….all very attentive to your needs…hotel is well ran.
Breakfast is great…variety of food choices from noodles, rice, breads, selection of porridges ..
Made me love Jakarta and its people!
