Great value and excellent location
Pros:

Affordable family suite in such great location is rare. If you need a clean and comfortable place to crash it’s best.

Cons:

A bit noisy at night, we didn’t mind though.

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel du 5 au 14 septembre 2026, en famille avec deux adolescents de 14 et 17 ans.

Un premier voyage à l'étranger gâché
C'était leur tout premier voyage à l'étranger. Imaginez leur excitation en arrivant à Istanbul… et leur déception en découvrant un hôtel médiocre, bruyant et inconfortable. Ce voyage devait être un souvenir magique, il restera marqué par une expérience désastreuse.

Check-in : une expérience effrayante

· À mon arrivée, le réceptionniste m'a dit que je n'avais aucune réservation, alors que le paiement était effectué depuis une semaine.
· J'ai dû insister lourdement et le réceptionniste a dû passer plusieurs appels téléphoniques avant de retrouver ma réservation.
· Imaginez après un voyage épuisant avec deux adolescents : se faire dire qu'on n'a pas de réservation, c'est vraiment effrayant.

Accueil : froid et peu chaleureux

· Difficulté à obtenir un simple sourire ou un bonjour correct.
· Aucun sentiment de bienvenue, aucun effort pour rendre le séjour agréable.
· On a l'impression de déranger plutôt que d'être client.

Le bruit : un calvaire permanent

· Chambre initiale au 1er étage, juste au-dessus d'un bar : musique très forte et vibrations ressenties dans le sol et les murs, sans interruption de 19h à 23h30.
· Le réceptionniste de nuit m'a confirmé que le bar est bruyant tous les soirs.
· Après une longue journée de visite à Istanbul, on était vraiment fatigués et on avait besoin de bien dormir : c'était impossible.
· J'ai dû sortir de l'hôtel à 23h30 pour échapper au bruit.
· Après réclamation, on m'a changé de chambre… au 4e étage. Mais le bruit reste intense, surtout du jeudi au dimanche. L'hôtel est situé au milieu de plusieurs bars et boîtes de nuit : impossible d'y échapper, même en hauteur.

Good hotel in a nice place, would definitely come back again
Pros:

Firstly, greetings and huge thanks to Yilmaz – he is the most polite, kind and nice person in Istanbul, the best manager in this hotel – he upgraded our room for free, he was always ready to help, very friendly and cheerful, and genuinely made our stay at the hotel better. Above all, I had some problems with the bank, he offered to help and call them. Thank you Yilmaz!!
The hotel is near the central street so it's close to many churches, shops, restaurants, cultural places.
The room was great, the bed was very very comfortable.

Cons:

The street is really noisy so on weekends it's difficult to sleep due to loud music – this is the only thing that wasn't good at the hotel

i liked it but it could be better
Pros:

i really loved how cleened and beutiful is the hotel and the beds so fluffy and comfy and the location its great cafee and bars just around the corner and every thing is close metro buses and every thing

Cons:

the aircon didnt work it was hard to sleep specially its so hot in august and the plugs to charge my phone by the head were all massed up and to plug ur phone u have to slid ur hand and try to plug it that should be fixed

Excellent location and superb value
Pros:

Excellent location near to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Plenty of shops restaurants and bars nearby. Spacious room with aircon. Comfortable bed. Helpful and friendly staff. Good public transport nearby

Cons:

Noise levels from nearby night club - not the fault of the property but something to be aware of ! Shower was difficult to operate. Safe deposit box in room was not working and staff unable to fix it which was inconvenient

اسوء مكان قعدت فيه في حياتي ومستحيل يصنف فندق ، هذا خندق

ولا شي في هذا الفندق كويس وكل الصور كذب ومااعطيه تقييم الا تحت الصفر

وسخ وفي حشرات والحمام يسرب
والشارع ماتدخل فيه سيارات والبارات ومحلات الشيشه ازعاج الى الصباح
صور الغرف اللي في بوكينج ماتشبه الواقع بشي كلها كذب الغرف فالحقيقه ضيقه وقبر مايمديك تتحرك فيها
وطبعاً بوكينج ماردو علي ولا تواصلو معاي ولا كنت ابي اغير الفندق طبعاً
لان كله سلالم ومافيه حتى بيل مان يساعدك ، والمدير وقح واسلوبه قليل ادب وقمه فاللا اخلاقيه
