Pros:

jídlo v hotelu bylo výborné, snídaně i večeře nám moc chutnaly a s kvalitou kuchyně jsme byli maximálně spokojeni.

Cons:

Velkým problémem pro nás byl přístup k informování hostů o probíhajících pracích. Rezervovali jsme si pokoj s výhledem na hory, ale místo toho jsme dostali pokoj s výhledem na stavební plošinu a pracující dělníky. Hluk byl velmi rušivý a kvůli pohybující se plošině jsme nemohli ani otevřít okno. Vrcholem všeho bylo, když se ještě v 20:50 hod. dělník na plošině pohyboval přímo před naším oknem, čímž bylo zcela narušeno naše soukromí. Naprosto chápu, že údržba hotelu je nutná, ale hotel měl hosty o těchto komplikacích předem informovat.
​Při plánování rozpočtu na pobyt je také nutné počítat s tím, že se za parkování doplácí 350 Kč za noc. Celkově jsme za cenu 4 200 Kč za noc plus parkování očekávali mnohem větší míru komfortu a klidu. Kvůli výše popsaným komplikacím jsme byli z pobytu zklamaní a nemohu jej doporučit.

Parkplatzkosten 14 Euro pro Tag, ob Tiefgarage oder Parkplatz im Freien gleicher Preis. Schlechte Schalldämmung von Zimmer zu Zimmer.

Pros:

Velmi příjemný moderní hotel. Fantastické jídlo a ochotný personál. Klid a nádherná lokalita. Byli jsme zde již několikrát a úroveň je stále velmi vysoká. Určitě se opět vrátíme.

Es war trotz schlechtem Wetter wieder ein schöner Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstücks- und Abendbüfett war wieder einmalig. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal war, wie immer, sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Wellnesscenter sollte für Hotelgäste kostenlos genutzt werden können. Weiterhin finden wir die Parkplatzgebühren am Hotel sehr hoch für Hotelgäste.
