Sehr hübsches und freundliches Hotel, gut gelegen
Pros:

Frühstück war gut, es hätte vielleicht etwas mehr Auswahl geben können. Personal ist mega-freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber und ausreichend. Das Hotel selbst hat eine tolle Atmosphäre. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

der Aufenthalt in Aalst war rundum gelungen
Pros:

das Frühstück war in Ordnung, Zentrale Lage in Aalst, Sehr freundliches Personal, gute Zugverbindung nach Gent und Brüssel.

Cons:

das Dachfenster war war reparaturbedürftig, ein wenig Staubig (hinter Fernseher, Luftauslässe Fenster)

Pros:

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed in a twin room on the third floor, which was compact but very comfortable. The desk space under the window was bright and useful for some online work I had to do. It was also very clean. There is a coffee machine and kettle, so guests can have refreshments.

Cons:

There was a couple on the same floor who were noisy. The manager did speak to them, and asked them to consider other guests, which helped the situation.

Pros:

Beautiful building, it looks like a small palace at the ground floor, it's perfectly located in the town centre and the price was fair. The room had air-conditioning, which was perfect as it was a really warm day.

Cons:

Everything was great, the room was rather small, we didn't have luggage but it would have been difficult to fit two suitcases in. So for a longer stay a bigger room than the twin would suit better. The breakfast was very nice, I would have liked some vegetables, but that's just a preference.

jammer dat er op booking een deluxe kamer met bad, badjas, slippers wordt aangeboden
een bad was er niet
slippers ook niet

A hidden gem worth booking
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, the staff could not have been nicer. The receptionist was warm, friendly and so competent. All the other staff were equally accommodating and overly helpful. The rooms were comfortable, clean and modern but the hotel itself is older. The rooms and decor are amazing. The dining areas are modern but in a traditional setting. The stand-out was the personal service this hotel delivered, and it was genuine. We stored our bicycles safely and enjoyed a beautiful buffet breakfast before leaving. Our entire group of 5 could not fault our stay here. We would highly recommend it. We rate this 10/10.
