The lady at the reception was extremely rude and loud. Didn’t care to explain with calmness and continually chose to be loud. Very unpleasant.

Pros:

La chica de la limpieza y comedor eran muy gentiles.

Cons:

Se fue el agua de 10 pm a 4 am y no avisaron temprano. Mandaron una carta por debajo de la puerta 9 pm del mismo día que cortaron la luz.
No me gustó que no tiene refrigedora.

La ubicación, las instalaciones, el desayuno.

Cons:

La atención del personal,el cuarto asignado aunque era cómodo , la ubicación fue al lado de un patio donde hacían arreglos y era alejado.
La última noche nos pusieron una nota en el cuarto después de las 7 pm donde decía q tenían un daño con un tubo del agua y q la quitarían de 10 pm a 4 am, nosotros viajábamos a las 6 am, nos despertaron haciendo arreglos en el patio a las 4:30 y no había agua, salía muy poca y fría, al llamar a recepción dijeron q aún seguía el daño, q ni modo!
Lo q nunca supimos fue si era en todo el hotel i solo en nuestra zona pero no dieron ninguna solución.
El desayuno no era tan apetecible.
La verdad la relación precio- calidad no fue buena.
