Muy insatisfecha con la estadía en este hotel
Pros:

La Bienvenida y la variedad del desayuno.

Cons:

El servicio brindado por la persona del spa y de los cafés, tenían mala actitud, hacían cara de desagrado cuando les pedías un favor. Sobre las 11pm había un ruido de destornillador eléctrico, cómo si estuvieran haciendo arreglos. Pedimos una cuna en la reserva que tuvimos que solicitar dos veces porque no la enviaban. El aire acondicionado nunca se puedo arreglar y fue muy frío el espacio. Nos ofrecieron café de cortesía, cuando llegó la persona, se muy mala forma nos hizo la entrega (la verdad no entendimos su mala cara y la forma en que nos pidió el vale). La ducha no quedaba centrada y esto hacia que se llenará el baño de agua. La verdad, por el precio que pagamos quedamos muy insatisfechos.

Todo Bien
Tan solo fue que no pudimos disfrutar de la segunda noche
Ya que por fuerza mayor no tocó regresar antes de lo previsto
Se pagaron las dos noches
Si es posible el reembolso de una noche sería excelente
