Great location for easily reaching shows, shopping and restaurants. Staff was helpful—front desk and maintenance. We had an issue with lights and the toilet running, but maintenance came quickly to help us and were very polite and prompt.
Beds were hard. Couch was soft and needs to be replaced. And tv was very small. Had some trouble with front gate opening right away.
Everything! Elevator access, washer/dryer and the walk-in shower was a real plus. We will return to this property again.
The toilet is a low profile. We wish it was a little taller.

We have stayed here before- everything we are looking for
Very clean room that had been renovated in the last three years. The room had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and had new pillows. The area was very quiet and peaceful. I loved that the pools were open until 11pm.
The trees outside of our balcony had many dead limbs. The walls in the main room were a bright yellow (like a yellow taxi).

Room location....got the building we asked for. Clean....everything working properly...
2 woman in room 1023 where always out sitting on the curb between the 2 handicap parking spaces smoking. A lot of workers walk right be and saw them but nothing was said to them by them. Always had to walk by them to get to our car.
The room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. Enjoyed everything about my stay. Peaceful and quiet.
The best part of this villa was the space…everyone had enough space…the villa was a nice size
The check in office and the room has a really bad smell which makes you feel like the whole property was dirty…made us not want to swim etc
