清潔要再加強，而且都掛勿打擾了，還是每天進房

訂了三人房，住宿體驗卻非常失望！
我們預訂的是三人房，訂房資訊明確標示房內會有一張雙人床及一張單人床。
沒想到實際入住時，房間裡竟然只有一張雙人床，完全沒有單人床！
我們明明是三個人入住，最後卻變成其中一個人必須睡在地板上，真的讓人非常傻眼。
更誇張的是，棉被非常薄，材質也很硬，蓋起來一點都不舒服，整體睡眠品質非常差。
既然提供三人房的訂房選項，就應該準備符合三人入住的床位，而不是讓客人到了現場才發現少了一張床。

3인실을 예약했는데 정말 실망스러운 숙박 경험이었습니다!

저희는 3명이 함께 숙박하기 위해 3인실을 예약했습니다.

예약 안내에는 분명히 더블침대 1개와 싱글침대 1개가 제공된다고 명시되어 있었습니다.

하지만 실제로 체크인했을 때 객실에는 더블침대 1개만 있었고, 싱글침대는 아예 없었습니다.

결국 저희 세 명 중 한 명은 바닥에서 잠을 자야 했습니다. 정말 황당하고 이해하기 어려운 상황이었습니다.

게다가 이불은 너무 얇고 뻣뻣해서 덮고 자기에도 불편했습니다. 전반적으로 수면 환경이 매우 좋지 않았습니다.

3인실로 예약을 받았다면 당연히 3명이 편안하게 잘 수 있도록 침구와 침대를 준비해야 한다고 생각합니다.

房間偏老舊 彷彿還有煙味：（

In booking.com,They say don’t need to reserve a parking lot but you really should bec parking lot are limit.

It says breakfast incl, but no signs of it, but again, I need to recheck.

There should be better futon/bedding for that option of 3 people for a room. I wasn't expecting to lay flat on the floor like that, i was hopping for a pull out bed for sth.

Nos pareció que era un love hotel, pero no vimos nada raro, pero lo pensamos porque nos dieron un neceser que incluía dos condones y gel lubricante, además de cremas de skincare coreano. Pero aún así, volveríamos a alojarnos con nuestra hija.

The room was quite dirty. The first thing I did after arriving was go to get disinfectant cleaner. There were hairs and false eyelashes left on the serving tray and counter. In regard to the hot tub; when I turned on the faucet the water came out orange and chunky for the first few seconds, and the hot tub would not turn on. In regard to the bathroom in general; the floors were wet and had hair on them when I arrived, the toilets lid is broken, the sink and all faucets in the room were filthy, and there was a partially used soap bar as the only hand soap option. As for the kitchenette, there was once again hair on the counter, as well as cooked on food and grime (which was not hard to remove). As for the "couples PCs", only one of them would even turn on, but the mouse didn't work and I couldn't even access the towers to troubleshoot. It was also locked onto Korean but that's not overly unreasonable. As for the bed, it was unmade, with one bad blanket on top and a fitted sheet, several hairs on the bed, as well as a piece of nail.
The bolt lock on the main door is not functional.
There were also some outlets and appliances angled towards the bed, which immediately made me think hidden cameras, but I didn't find any where I looked.
The lady that checked us in was nice though.

The towels were really small.
