Staff interaction, 5 stars. Hotel room comfort, 2 stars.
Pros:

• No carpet in the room.
• We arrived quite late and the check in process was seamless.
• Two LARGE bath towels were provided which was very nice.

Cons:

• The beds rolled around on the floor with next to no effort which was odd.
• Had expected a duvet or comforter however both beds were simply supplied with top + bottom sheets.
• Each bed was equipped with 1 small pillow, rather than two or four per queen bed at other hotels.
• There was no tv remote to be found.
• No face cloths or hand towels provided.
• No seal at the bottom of the door (1/4-1/2” gap), light and noise from the hallway made the room much less private.

In the future this hotel will not be a contender if we return to the area and are in need of a place to stay.

Overall our stay was very satisfactory. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Great location to airport with 24hr free shuttle. Excellent value for price. Staff were efficieient, friendly and accommodating.
Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom floor needed cleaning. Shampoo & Conditioner containers in shower were empty. Upon request these were quickly filled on our second day there, and bathroom floor was cleaned.
