Cons:

Veel te kleine kamer. Mijn rollator moest buiten de kamer blijven. Ingang te smal.
Geen tafel, geen stoel. Alleen een koelkastje dat niet werkte. Alleen de magnetron werkte... dat was dan ook alles wat er stond.... o ja ook nog 2 1persoons bedden

Comfortable and staff were 10/10
Pros:

It was very close to were I needed to be so perfect location for me

Cons:

Was a lot of dust, and could benefit from a mirror in the bedroom, a lot of noise from other guests but overall the bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean and the shower was very good, staff were very polite and welcoming and would stay again

Comfortable nights stay for family of 3.
Pros:

We received a warm, friendly welcome and were shown to our room, where they checked everything was satisfactory for us before they left us. We needed to come down to breakfast early (10/ 15 minutes before breakfast started), which was no problem and was warmly greeted.

Cons:

The rooms were dated, but this wasn't a problem as they were clean and comfortable.

Good location in Sale
Pros:

Location was good for us visiting family.
Room was very spacious with comfy bed.
Fresh towels for both days we were there.
Option of a limited breakfast included.
Good value for money and can see that improvements and refurbishment are underway.
Friendly check in staff.

Cons:

Shower screen does not meet the top of the bath so there is leakage on floor.
Tired furniture and decor.
Dirty toilet brush.
Half hearted and poor quality breakfast.

Location further from other facilities than expected

Bathroom very cramped and bedroom also on small side
No plug in sink decor tired and in some places carpets had been removed but not replaced

Cons:

Poor just fried egg and cold beans and toast and cereal available. No one there until 8.50am and then had to wait 30 mins on breakfast after that. Tea from boiler that took 20 mins to heat up. Rooms dirty especially sink plug which had gunge on it. Cobwebs and dust on surfaces
