Pros:

價格實惠，地點也不錯。旅館本身有相當年紀，設備與裝潢比較老舊，煙味那也是暗暗的夾雜在走廊的織物裡；不過雖然老舊，還是有清潔整理。

老旅社有一種台式懷舊廢土龐克的感覺，在不安與不適中，暗藏一絲讓人讚賞的鄉愁。雖然未必符合所有人對舒適住宿的期待，但對喜歡老時代氛圍的人來說，或許會有不同的感受。

另外，十二點退房也讓人感到相當安心與從容。

Cons:

走廊有些殘留的菸味，房間內也能聞到淡淡的氣味。不過房間使用的是膠質地板，菸味已不像老舊地毯房那樣明顯。由於採用獨立冷氣，氣味應非由空調系統傳來。

冷氣運轉聲偏大，但將風速調至最弱後仍在可接受範圍內。我個人配戴耳塞睡覺，因此沒有受到太大影響。

我沒有看到飲水機，房內僅附一瓶礦泉水。對一般旅客或許足夠，但若本身喝水量較大，建議自行準備飲用水。

Pros:

沒有任何喜歡的部分

Cons:

地點位置不差，但是樓下都是八大場所，
房間潮濕各處發霉，一大堆蟑螂，睡覺的時候還有蟑螂爬到我臉上
退房時跟櫃檯反應居然跟我說“這狀況難免的”
所以衛生不顧好是旅宿業不用管的嗎？

整潔度低、廁所門還給我壞掉的無法關閉，還好要求換一間可以換，但基本上整潔就不行、冷氣也不怎麼冷、霉味偏重，天花板隔間還有老鼠跑來跑去的聲音
