Poor rate i was not happy with the rate charged at the end

The price listed is not the same when you paid i was charged 40$ Xtra the rate listed was 180.00$ they charged me 239 $ very disappointed!

Everything was exceptional as usual, except for one small mishap.

The fact that I wasn't allowed to take my breakfast to my room. I was told that I could only eat it in the dining room, which it didn't make any sense to me, I was working; therefore, I didn't have enough time to eat it there but in my room while working. I didn't eat the one for Friday because of that, but I ate the one for Saturday. Guests should be allowed to eat their breakfast wherever they wish to.

Mi habitación apestaba a aguas negras

No me gusto nada fue el peor hotel en el que eh estado.

Llegue por negocios cansado a las 10:30 de la noche tuve que ir a comer aun restaurante a unas calles del hotel, regrese a las 11:30 de comer, me acuesto a dormir porque el siguiente día debo levantarme a las 5:30 para arreglarme y ir a me reunión a las 7:00 de la mañana, a la 1 de la mañana me despierta mi esposa porque todo el cuarto huele a aguas negras del aire acondicionado habitación donde también estaba dormida mi bebe, a la 1 de la mañana tuve que levantarme medio dormido para pasar todas las cosas a una habitación en otro piso....

Los encargados del hotel dicen mañana pueden pasar las cosas pero luego a las 10 AM voy a ver si no había dejado nada en la habitación y sorpresa, se le habían dado a otro huésped (yo aun tenia la llave) no tuve ningún tipo de descuento solo una disculpa no muy convincente porque mientras salía escuche decir que el aire no servía pero como lo acabo de decir ya habia gente en esa habitacion, entonces supongo que los encargados ya sabian de ese problema pero pensaron que las personas no lo iban a notar, era mi tercera vez hospedándome pero creo que sera la ultima.

No es el descanso que una persona espera en un hotel con esta calificación y ese precio.

Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. And the food? Simply wonderful! We can't wait to visit again.
