Excellent hospitality, great food and friendly staff – we had a fantastic family holiday.
Pros:

We had a wonderful family stay. The reception team was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure our three rooms were close to each other and located away from the noise, which was very important as we were travelling with young children. The staff throughout the hotel were always polite and professional. The breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. We also really enjoyed the daily entertainment programme, including yoga, aqua gymnastics, table tennis and other activities. The entertainment team was enthusiastic and made every activity fun. Overall, the service and hospitality exceeded our expectations.

Cons:

There were a few minor areas that could benefit from refurbishment, but overall we had a very pleasant stay.

Hotel was ok staff was friendly, food was good. overall staffing was very good

Cons:

Pictures provided on the booking wore a bit misleading. it show beaches places were you can concolude that there is a beach leading from the hotel pool ext... it's not like that.. there are different pictures from beaches prompting that it's a "Beach hotel" its not....

Ο κ.Αντρέας Γιάννη ο σεφ ήταν εξαίρετος. Πολυ ευγενικός και πρόθυμος σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Το φαγητό άψογο.
Το στώμα στο δωμάτιο

Cons:

Το a/c έκανε πολύ θόρυβο.
Η ΤV δεν δούλευε και πολύ μικροσκοπική.
Πήγαμε στο pool bar και ζητήσαμε shark και δεν είχαν και πήγα στο περίπτερο και πήρα, και πήγα ξανά στο poolbar να ζητήσω 1 ποτήρι πάγο και η απάντηση του ήταν "κανονικά δεν πρέπει να σου δώσω γιατί πήρες απο αλλού ποτό" σαν γνώριζε οτι ειμαι πελάτης του ξενοδοχείου και αυτοί δεν είχαν.
Οι βαλίτσες μας κατα το check in μέχρι να πιάσουμε το δωμάτιο ήταν απλα εκτεθειμένες σε μια γωνία δεν έχουν δωμάτιο locker.
Τα χαλιά στους διαδρόμους λερωμένα.
