Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Cove Minshull Street was clean, had good facilities and was a comfortable stay for the one night we stayed. It had everything we needed and was also in a good location with easy access to car parking.

Central location and big apartments.

Cons:

Do NOT stay here in heatwave. The rooms do not have aircon and opening the window is insufficient. They do offer industrial fans but they are loud and you will not sleep between the fan noise and the noise from the street when you open the windows.

Pros:

Location was amazing for exploring Manchester. We were on the fourth floor, so noise wasn't a problem. Very good layout of apartment for three people. Staff were super friendly and gave some great advice too.

Cons:

Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

Fabulous location and great amenities in the room.
Pros:

The location was so central and access to shops etc were great. I liked the fact I had laundry facilities in the room. I loved kitchenette and the bedroom was so comfy.

Cons:

Noisy people outside the room. One group of men were across the road talking at the top of their voices at 6.30 am on Sunday morning for about 20 mins.
I’m glad the bedroom was sound proof but I had left the living area window open for air.

I would have liked a fan/air conditioning but it’s a minor issue with the unpredictably warm weather.
