Cove Minshull Street will take full payment for your accommodations at the time of booking and confirm your arrival details at the property. Upon check-in, guests are kindly required to show the credit card used at the time of booking and a valid photo ID, such as a driving license or passport.

Group Policy: We consider a group to be 10 apartments or more being booked in the same city for similar dates. When making a group booking full payment will be required at the time of booking and this is nonrefundable. Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee that all apartments booked will be in the same building.

Baby cots are available for no additional cost, subject to availability.

Please note a pre-authorization of GBP 1 is required in order to check-in to your apartment. Assuming you do not incur any additional costs during your stay the pre-authorization sum will be released automatically. In the event that additional costs are incurred, you will be contacted by the Apartment Manager who will confirm the amount you have been charged and the reasoning behind this. Please note that cash is not accepted to settle your pre-authorization. We provide a weekly cleaning service for stays of 7 nights or more. We can arrange an additional cleaning service if requested for an additional fee.

Dog Stays (cats and other pets are not allowed) - We have dog friendly properties where 1 dog of up to 30 kilos is welcome. Registered service animals will be permitted in all locations where notice has been given prior to arrival. Additional charges apply for dogs (excluding registered service dogs) and a completed pet waiver upon check-in is mandatory. It is your responsibility before arrival to check that dogs are permitted at the Property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Adequate Accomodation
Pros:

Good location, large apartment.

Cons:

It was on the ground floor next to the road and in the heatwave with no A/C, I had the windows open so it noisy.

Nice roomy well equipped apartment right in the centre of Manchester
Pros:

We stayed in room 509. The apartment was clean, spacious and centrally located. The bed and lounge were comfortable and the kitchen was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was roomy with a good shower. Th e staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

There is no air conditioning and while we could open the windows we had trouble getting to sleep because of noisy nearby trams. The shower is over a bath which is narrow and you have to be careful to keep your balance.

A clean hotel in the heart of Manchester, with car parking facilities
Pros:

A secure hotel in a convenient location, walkable to main sights of Manchester. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the apartment was spacious for two people. Car parking was easy to find with clear instructions from the hotel management.

Cons:

Note that the car parking is very small, so care is needed when parking. The car park itself is very secure, however, with a roller door.

Pros:

L'appartamento è molto confortevole con 2 camere e 2 ampi bagni. I letti sono molto comodi. In cucina c'è ogni strumento necessario. Pulizia impeccabile.
Nonostante sia nel pieno centro città, la strada è molto silenziosa.
Lo staff è gentilissimo e a completa disposizione per ogni domanda o richiesta di supporto.
Nelle immediate vicinanze si trovano supermercati e ristoranti di ogni tipo.

Cons:

Odio la moquette ma in UK c'è quasi ovunque.
