Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es estratégica.

Great location, nice staff. Hard beds and can be noisy at night.

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento en el servicio de cerraduras, aire acondicionado y ventilador. Me tocó en una habitación que no servía, me cambiaron a otra y tampoco servía.

Le agradezco de corazón a la señora Naty que estuvo super pendiente de mi alimentación. Me oriento con mucha amabilidad sobre mi desplazamiento dentro de la ciudad. Se portó como una mamá al pendiente de su hija, prácticamente. Dios le pague señora Naty.

Cons:

Que el señor Enrique se comprometió para llevarme al aeropuerto en la madrugada del jueves, y me dejó esperando... Si no hubiera sido por la señora Naty y el señor Oscar, habría perdido mi vuelo de regreso a Colombia.

Muy agradable
Pros:

Todo fue excelente, la encargada del bufet Adriana súper atenta, pregunto cuántos días de estancia estaríamos para preparar alimentos que nos gustarán y que no nos hicieran daño.
La limpieza fue buena, la que limpiaba nuestra habitación (107) siempre al pendiente de que no faltarán toallas limpias

Cons:

La chica de recepción le falta un poco de atención al cliente, no fue grosera pero le falta ser un poco más atenta ya que le solicite un favor y no pudo resolverme.

para recorrer la zona centro de Aguascalientes es una buena opción
